Came with donuts [ok quality] but no instructions, DVD or lecture? with 11 routines as advertised. A business card with an http: and password was included but connected with foreign/non-English language sites. The trailer is only l.25 mins. long and is inadequate.

Mine came with link and 18 minute instructions, with performances and explanations for all routines.
