Magic Tricks

I personally do not like the trick that comes with the lighter. However the lighter is perfect quality since it is a "REAL" lighter that was used for the "gimmick". So it can be used for any sort of "bending" routine that you would do with a coin for example.

I usually show the lighter can spark but is out of fuel. I can even hand it out so they can spark it and see its a normal dead lighter like they have seen before.

Next I take the lighter back and toss it in my left hand while I grab out a good WORKING lighter of complete different brand and color with my right.

The spectator is sure they have been watching the lighter the entire time, then suddenly after heating it slightly with the other lighter. I hold the lighter from the bottom half, and twist the top 'bending' the lighter into a perfect twist :)

You could use it casually just taking it out and pretending you are frustrated its empty... Then grab your other WORKING lighter and "solve" the problem by heating and twisting the bad lighter in half so you know its the dead one. Like tying a knot in a bad cable so you don't keep trying to use it.

The effect is so perfect and ends clean... I just wish I could make the lighter prop myself or buy in bulk so I can give one out when I am done. That would be the MOST amazing gift ever that someone would not throw away.

I would give it a 5 if it came with a better routine than the mentalism effect they went for. Or a method to make it yourself :)
