It's happened the same to me as described above, but mine is blue. I'm very sad cos it's been a long time waiting for this and it's not a cheap product at all, so we could expect nothing but the best item, with no failure points. I'll return it tomorrow if I'm able to, so it'll be another long time till I get a perfect one and probably an also expensive Fedex tax that I will probably not get refunded.
