Not completely satisfied with the deck since it does not work 100% of the time. Why is that? It's a great trick but it should not fail.

I guess there is a chance that it could technically fail, if it was made incorrectly. If that's the case I am certain penguin would be more than happy to replace it. Much more likely is a case of user error.

It may be humidity or from oil from handling too often. Also try not to store the deck near humid nor damp or cool places. Hope that helps.
