half-day on Vernon; and read everything he has published in English. I bought this as soon as it
was available. As I expected I was not disappointed. I devoured it in two days for the first (of
what will be many) readings.

Giobbi is the finest teacher of card magic on the planet. This book is worth many times the price.
It is not just a few tricks "made larger" and called stand-up. It is a complete course in stand-up
card magic. From the theory to the moves, to the actual pieces, this is a carefully crafted work
that fans have come to expect from Roberto.
If you do stand-up magic, even if it is not card
magic, you owe it to yourself to buy, study, learn from, and treasure this book.
I cannot
recommend it more highly.
