I just received this ITR. My last one was completely worn black caps on the end that are needed to secure ITR to work properly are both cracked and split up the side. I am writing to Penguin to see if they will replace it. For $15 I am not expecting perfect, but I at least expect it to not be falling apart as I pull it out of the bag.
