Magic Tricks

This is so clever on so many levels. I've been using this since I got it and it stays in my pocket ready to go all the times. It's easy to use and really does create a strong impact. This is one of the most versatile effects I have ever purchased because it allows me to perform so many different routines. Currently I'm using it to do Paul's card at any date routine and the Scratch & Win routine PLUS I use it as a book test.

You can perform it right out of the box or customize it so it is in your own handwriting - which is what I have done with mine and would recommend. I like the fact you are able to really make it your own because it has made me think of other routines I can create with this.

The really clever feature is that you can hand it out to a spectator and they won't find anything. At first I was a little afraid of this but then realized it really does work - not that they are really looking for anything anyway. The subtlety here is what makes this work and nobody will notice - after all it's just a pocket calendar.

The download (PDF) and the video instructions are well done and filled with routines - at least a dozen different things you can do with this - and that's just the tip of the iceberg. There are lottery predictions, ACAAN type routines, Book test routines, scratch & win predictions - it really seems endless as to what you can use this for - even a fortune cookie routine that I want to try out.

I've been using this regularly now and can perform different tricks for different groups in a walk-about event so have found it the perfect trick for this type of work. Also the fact that it is instant reset makes it very practical for me.

In the PDF you learn how to make a gimmick envelope, or you have the option of buying any that are on the market. You don't need the gimmick envelope at all but if you perform Paul's routine then I would suggest using it. I ended up making an envelope from the instructions and it works perfectly. (I read in a review somebody said you have to buy envelopes - this is NOT true - that person obviously did not read the PDF download.) Actually you don't even need the gimmick envelope - there are lots of other ways that are shown on the download and in the PDF to reveal any of the predictions or outcomes.

This is one of my favourite purchases recently because it's a real worker for me. Being able to get so much from one trick is fantastic and very rare in magic. This is something that has gone straight in to my act and I love it.

The quality of the pocket calendar is first rate and I would say a lot of careful design and work has gone in to this.
