Just got this, and right out of the box it fell apart which seemed easy enough to fix, so I
did...but even then I cannot get the ladybugs wings to open. It does everything else but without the
wings opening.... its a dumb toy. I'd be ecstatic if it worked as advertised but until then, a
complete waste of money
I have been there (often) with other gimmicks/effects.
My suggestion is that you send it back to Penguin...and raise a stink about it.
Over the years here, I have spent thousands of bux to learn/aquire/perform items I enjoy. The staff at penguin has been pretty good (compared to some other sources) about my returns.
We all know on-line purchase is often a crap-shoot. I have gotten pretty good response here though.
