I want to give a shout out to Eric and the penguin team. I bought the deck, followed the explanation all way through! The cards bled and the deck was useless. I talked to Eric and he was professional and said he would try his best. He ended up getting the problem resolved. I've been a customer for a while and I appreciate the great CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
