The DVD includes FIVE solutions to the venerable ACAAN plot. If you already know an ACAAN, The
Journey will provide alternatives, and even suggest ways to improve other approaches. If you are
knew to ACAAN, this is a great way to start.
For those wary of spending the listed amount
for a single effect, you can proceed with confidence. Matt discusses numerous moves, gimmicks,
subtleties, and presentational tips that have wide-ranging applicability to other effects. The
Journey isn't just about a certain trick--it also has very much to offer about card magic
performance in general.
Now,I saw a video of a guy with Chris Ramsey. The spectator says a card, chris has a prediction written down . It was "16"written down. The spectator simply picks up the deck count to " 16" and it's his card. Chrid doesn't touch the deck. Is this taught in the DVD? Any self working ideas?
learn the mnemonica stack by Juan Tamariz and then you will be able to do that, and much more
Can't argue with you about memorizing a stack--I have. But lots of folks just don't want to or think they can't. Even the great John Bannon refuses to memorize the Aronson stack despite his close association with Simon Aronson, and has taken on the challenge of modifying some of Simon's effects to non-memory versions. I think the point is this--what's wrong with learning how to achieve an outcome in more than one way? I have memorized a stack and still think Asi Wind's AACAAN is awesome. But The Journey approaches the effect differently, and has its virtues too.
I have bought and know so many versions of the ACAAN plot, still I ordered the journey last night. I don't know why, but I'm having a high hope for this ACAAN since it's the first gimmicked one that I will ever learn.
ApostolosP Check Out Position Impossible. One of the best ANCAN tricks and yet I still want to order The Journey
