Thank you, BOB! So great to see Bob go through all the different tools that are used in a Q&A and
how to use them appropriatly. Not only that, but you also get to see Bob use them in a live
performance, which is really useful. I think one of the most useful aspects of this product is all
the advice that bob has to give from all his years of experiance, and the tips he has on the way to
answer the questions.
If I had to fault this product in anyway - bob could be a little more
structured in his explanations as he does have a tendancy to ramble. But I say, make a cup of your
favorite hot drink, sit back, enjoy and take it all in!
