Rudy Coby is passionate about magic and very creative BUT ...
-The lecture is 4.5hrs of his
personal stories related to performing
-His teaching about the creative process was spread over
the entire lecture and could have been condensed into 20-30mins
-He doesn't offer much else; for
instance, when he's asked "how did you land that TV special?", he doesn't answer the question but
goes into yet another random story
-It's an interview that should be in rolling stone magazine
for the general public, not on penguin for magicians
-Truly disappointed that I spent all that
time listening to the lecture hoping at some point he'd offer more.
