Magic Tricks

This trick (for lamen) is remarkable as most have not seen the magic square. Without giving any secrets away, I will say that the trick itself requires little to no practice, BUT your presentation will need it. My only complaint is that once the trick is finished, lamen tend to want to inspect the deck thoroughly, which isn't allowed. My recommendation for this: Perform, amaze, clean up quickly. As a trick, this also seems to amaze on the premise of coincidence rather than the magicians skill, so if you want to impress the audience with your skill this is probably not for you (but I'm sure you could find a way to present it that way). The reset for this trick is not quick and it can't be done super quickly (despite what is on the DVD. Also, be warned that there is a PDF that comes with this. The PDF is a MUST READ or you risk ruining your grid deck. This trick is one of those tricks that if I have alot of space and time, then I will show it. This trick is not my opener or finisher and I don't carry this in my standard repertoire. If you are just a normal person who thinks this is cool, I recommend this because it is a pretty good effect (when presented correctly) and is self working. I actually figured this trick out before I bought it and to say without revealing anything, if you want to perform this, buy the grid deck. Another plus to give this trick is the quality of the cards--they are phenomenally good quality. Overall, 3 stars. I don't give if 5 because of the nature of the reset and because the DVD lacks explanation in some key areas.
