Trust those that only gave it a few stars. Not a newbie here by any stretch of the imagination.
Gimmick broke just during setup, if I can't fix it then will contact Penguin about a replacement but
being in Japan, I don't expect a speedy delivery(I paid FedEx International Express). In addition
the pad is big, bulky and does not really work as shown in the tutorial. Maybe if you had big hands
with good strong fingers.
All in all a very poorly made effect. Without even practicing I can
tell that this will not play well close up, if it even works! I would say a good 7-10 ft away
otherwise you will get busted!! Sorry one of the few products which I had to say something about.
