This is a great trick for walk around restaurant magic where there are children. Using a small four pack of Oreos and then asking parents permission to give them to the kids to eat lets you ask for one back for yourself. Throwing the real Oreo thin in the air and doing the trick allows for a switch and you can eat the evidence which takes the heat off the gimmick.
