Magic Tricks

When I was a kid, I loved the old booklets where you could cut or punch out toys and figures from the pages, and with some light instructions create another world right before your eyes. Paper Prophecies takes that love of messing with arts and crafts and turns it into a magic book. There are three effects for only $15. (How often does that happen anymore...?) You get everything you need and you don't have to skimp on your performances for fear that you'll run out of the props or have to "order refills" from a place that may not exist in 10 years.

Don't be dismissive of the Thaumatrope, while "just a science trick" it will get stronger and more delighted reactions than you imagine. (Protip: if working private events, after the trick, write your first name on one side and your last name on the other side a little lower than the first name was written. When they make the magic happen with the card, your full name appears together. A perfect giveaway to a client. Extra protip, instead of your name write your client's name.)

And, while words like these get said a lot, I really do mean this, Fortune8 is worth the price of the downland, really it should cost more.
