I bought this to spend the few bucks needed to recieve a penguin monthly bonus.
The method was somewhat apparent in the promo, however i felt it was worth tbe purchase to affirm my suspicions. The teaching on the dvd was worth the price.
I dont wear this style of hat but found this routine refreshing using wearable objects(which I covet). Hats off to Agustin for a practicle effect with practicle everyday objects.
