Magic Tricks

I hate to leave a bad review because the idea of this product is amazing and I looked forward to it. When it arrived I pulled out the product and was amazed by the quality of the cup. It was close to what you would buy at Starbucks(close). Then I popped in the DVD and all went down hill. The guy made you feel that filling up this cup was as easy as 1-2-3. But let me tell you, I ended up return it because filling this thing up was a nightmare, okay I’m being dramatic BUT it wasn’t easy. I don’t want to give away anything here but after emailing Penguin wondering if I was doing something wrong and finding out they too had similar issues made me not want to even try. I spent way too much time trying to simply set up the trick which made it the 2 stars that it is. Please figure out a way to set this up easier and it would easily be a 5 star trick.
