If this is detectable by the magi in the way shown on the instructions then it is equally detectable by the audience. I think this is unrealistic. Disappointed and not recommended. And yes - I tried it and yes It was obvious to the audience instantly. And I've been doing magic professionally or semi-professionally for over 40 years.
