I'll be asking for my money back. Arrived to my address here in Australia. cd jewel case not
vacuum sealed, simply open. Back of case plastic ripped.
Open the case to examine the
item and its a completely unfinished product. three empty 'envelope's' and NOT the required magnets
and shims outlined in the instructional video. Supposed to get like 4 shims and 9 magnets. I got
one(1) of each!
Sad when you spend good money on such a disappointing arrival. I don't
like the hour or so arts and cratf's that apparently required? I had read on the reviews that the
product comes' assembled'? Is that supposed to be the case.
So, Penguin who do I have to
contact re a refund?
