Placing Your First Order
Please don't feel discouraged if you're having difficulty placing your
first order with Penguin Magic. By following the steps below you should
be able to complete your checkout without any problems. If you continue
to have difficulty placing your order, please email our customer service
department immediately (CustomerService@PenguinMagic.com).
Step 1: Place the item or items you wish to purchase in your
shopping cart.
To place an item in your cart, simply click the "add to cart" icon. You
will find the "add to cart" icon to the right of the picture of the
product. Clicking the "add to cart" icon once will take you to a page
that displays the contents of your shopping cart. The item that you have
just added will be listed along with any other items you have already
added. At this point you have the opportunity to adjust the quantity of
your order by typing a different number in the quantity field and clicking
the "update" button.
To remove an item from your shopping cart simply mark the "remove" check
box and click "Update". At this point you can either continue shopping or
proceed to checkout.
Step 2: Proceed to checkout.
To proceed to checkout, simply click the "Checkout" button at the bottom
of your shopping cart, or click the green "Checkout" button that appears
always at the right side of your screen.
Step 3: Input your Account, Billing, and Shipping Information.
At this point returning customers are given the opportunity to Input their
User Name and Password. Don't worry about not having a Penguin Magic User
Name or Password. You will create your own Penguin magic account as you
proceed through the checkout process. Just click on the "click here to
proceed with checkout" button. You will then be prompted to enter your
personal information. The fields marked with * are required.
Step 4: Select a shipping method.
Step 5: Select a method of payment.
Step 6: Click to place your order.

Things to consider when choosing a shipping method
- ALL shipping time frames are based on normal business days (Monday - Friday).
- Orders placed before 4pm Eastern will ship out on the same day. Otherwise, it will ship on the next business day.
- Please note that FedEx can not deliver to a PO Box. A physical address is needed in order to use ANY FedEx shipping method.
- We are required to include a Customs Declaration Form describing the contents and value of a package when shipping Internationally. Many countries impose import duties or taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are out of our control.
In some circumstances FedEx is required to pay certain duties and taxes in advance on our customers' behalf. For instance, FedEx may pay an advancement fee when countries require that duties and taxes be paid prior to customs' release, or prior to certain items clearing customs. In these circumstances FedEx will assess an Advancement Fee surcharge that will be billed to you, the recipient.
Please be sure to research the customs procedure in your country prior to making your purchase.
- Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses will be shipped via U.S. Mail.
- There may be slight delays during the holiday season.
