If your product is damaged or defective in any way, please return it to us within 45 days of purchase for a full refund or store credit.
Media items (BOOKS, DVDs, CDs, DOWNLOADS etc.) cannot be returned once they have been opened or viewed/downloaded. If there's an unusual circumstance we will make every effort to take care of you.
It's important to us that you have a great experience here at Penguin and the products you receive are exactly what you expected.
