Awesome!! Such a clever way of performing a classic. Though I am certain that memorization will happen after a few performances, the prop is needed until then!! Which is why it is VERY IMPORTANT for both performer and spectator to have DRY HANDS!! sweat, or perhaps condensation from a drinking glass are not your friend! I learned this the hard way, luckily I had a few on me and ready to go! (I’ll explain in the private group for those who have already purchased) having said that..... another worker from Mr Johnson!! Bravo, Sir!!

Side note, not very important at all but it’s part of the kit so I figured I’d mention. The business card holder provided, does NOT hold standard American size business cards. Easy CHEAP fix.

It is, as it states, the gimmick is in plain sight. Can easily be performed and the gimmick permits you to focus on your performance. Hopefully, we are all of the mind that we are entertainers first, using tricks to amuse our audience. This gimmick will certainly give you the freedom to do that. The only drawback is eyesight. If you experience some handicap with your eyesight, you may need to develop some adjustments as to how you perform the effect, otherwise, this is a great asset. If you enjoy performing the "Magic Square", this will be of interest to you and if you purchase it, it will serve you well. Recommend.

So handy and versatile. Many are supplied and can be used with markers, pads, etc. clever. I used this tonight for a show and it killed. For me, it is hard to read, so I might have to memorize this and just have it with me as a backup in case I forget. Great way to do the magic square.

I totally love In Plain Sight and Matt does an outstanding job in making this easy. This is great fun to perform and truly can be done impromptu in any venue from close up to stage. All of the props can easily be borrowed. This is easily one of my favorite purchases in some time.

The simplicity of this effect makes doing the Magic Square, for me, possible. Matt has taken all the math and memorization OUT. I own the Magic Square but I never felt comfortable performing it. Now, it's going into my shows. Amazing!!!!!

that's a powerfull trick, may be you can find how to do the magic square on internet (tht's why i put 4 and not 5 stars) and it will be good. The add of presentation of matt johnson is also very good to do the trick so it's a good investissement , i'm happy with it.

I love effects that are so well thought out that to perform them is actually a lot of fun to do. That's exactly why I'm in love with this effect and I've just finished watching the tutorial. I have tried it a few times with various numbers and in a matter of seconds I've nailed it while making myself seem like Russel Crowe in "A Beautiful Mind."
You only need to do one math equation in your head which even if you're not great at the subject, Matt breaks in down in a super simple way that allows you formulate the equation then using the gimmick allows you to impossibly find multiple solutions from all angles in the square to the number they're merely thinking of. This is easily one of my best purchases this year, and I cannot wait to give it a spin. If you're having a blast doing this, then according to the law of state transference, that energy will consume your crowd as they will be in absolute awe that you were able to predict and find dozens of solutions in milliseconds.

Just confirming, the effect is no different from the original magic square. If you have the whole thing memorized, stick to it, this won't help you. If you had trouble with the memory while performing it, or never have performed it, then buy this. It's a genius and deceptive assistant that's hidden in plain sight, while giving you everything that you need to perform this WITH NO MEMORY. A nice touch would be if they included some blank business cards. It's exactly as advertised.
