Very clever effect...when it works. Unfortunately, as with my experience with other Tenyo, I can't
get this to work consistently. Very clever, attractive props...but, so far, not terribly reliable.

Actually, a pretty sophisticated gimmick. This is designed to be performed with small coins with
holes in them. Complaining that it doesn't come with the necessary coins just isn't relevant since
the current Penguin ad copy clearly states that COIN IS NOT INCLUDED. You can substitute a metal
washer which is actually suggested in the directions. It does look more "magical" with foreign coins
with holes in them though. What's nice is there are variations on the main presentation. It's also
pretty easy to come up with your own variations (e.g., In my presentation I've got a tiny little
playing card that appears impaled on the sword).
Probably my favorite Tenyo gimmick to
date.
This is a clever and inexpensive illusion worth having and doing.
Shame it didn’t come with a
Chinese coin but Amazon made that a quick adjustment.
