This is a nice effect. It's truly something you can do anytime, any place. There is no prep, no arts
& crafts, no gimmicks.
As Mahdi brings out, this is not a new concept. In fact, for many,
it's an elementary method that are among the first learned by many new magicians. However,
elementary doesn't mean it doesn't work, as he very well demonstrates.
I love this simple
trick. I do have an issue with it though... Personally, I feel like there is an uncomfortable chance
for failure until you've performed this enough. I really wonder if I personally have the sensitivity
(you'll understand that phrase once you learn the method) to perform this. For me, this will not be
performed much until I can get the nerve up. He does talk about an out he uses... but I still don't
feel like it's enough for my taste.
Am I glad I got this? Absolutely.
Will I
perform this? Eventually. Maybe.
How is Mahdi's teaching skills? Great. More than
sufficient instruction. I do wish he had a little more on the out. But all-in-all, I'm happy.
Is the price good? I think this is good to get at Penguin's current $4.95 price. I think the
list price of $10 is a little on the steep side. But even at that price, I think I personally would
be satisfied. After all, for me, one of the full performances blew my mind. A spectator actually
correctly identified the other spectator's chosen coin. Part of it I figured out... but I was
stumped. Then I facepalmed myself on seeing the method.
Good job, Mahdi!
(By the
way, I always try to be honest and straightforward in my reviews, while being respectful to the
magician. If you appreciate my reviews, can you please click the "Yes" button below beside the

it... but it would be nice to see if my reviews are helpful or not. I hope they are. If you ever
have suggestions or comments or questions about my reviews, please feel free to leave me a

can someday contribute my own product. :-) Thanks for reading and for any (hopefully positive, but
either way, at least kind) feedback!)

I just could not separate the chosen coin from the others with any consistent dependability.
I don't want to be negative, but I do want to be honest.
Sorry.

This is a great effect, unfortunately, i’m unable to perform it with any sort of accuracy. The
method is great and DOES work, but That said, if you can perform it, there are so many wonderful
subtleties that could completely floor someone.

I've known this method for forever and you do too. That being said I've never performed it because I
never really had a strong enough presentation for it. Mahdi has done great work giving a really
strong presentation as well as numerous important touches to one of the oldest tricks in the book.
That being said Mahdi spends a significant part of the video talking about his Titanic
Thompson presentation and how important it is but yet its no where to be found. Even in the full
videos you only get after buying the video its clearly cut out.
Mahdi also teaches his
eq******* but he sort of glosses over the first several steps and then only does a good job
explaining what you would do for the last few coins. If you would do it as Mahdi describes it would
look very fishy at least half of the time. Mahdi clearly has more information on that. It looked
much better when he performed it, but its a shame it wasn't shared. That being said, if you are
experienced with eq******* you won't have a problem.
Another point is that there's a good
reason why Mahdi does this with his nose, its much more sensitive, but that may not fit your persona
at all. You can do it with your fingers but there's a greater risk of failure depending how your
spectator holds it.
I have only tried this trick in my dining room and it worked perfectly
every time. I'd be scared to try this trick outside in the summer or other environments like that
without trying it there first.
All in all, a great improvement to an old trick. Mahdi is a
very talented and creative magician and I look forward to seeing more releases from him.

This certainly isn't a show stopper, but it's a great way to have fun with your audience. Just like
Mahndi Gilbert I learned the basic principle a long time ago and then forgot about it. The various
presentations are simple and enjoyable. I can't imagine that spectators will figure it out, and I
can see it fooling other magicians. It is just plain fun to perform, and it should fit into most
acts. Mandhi Gilbert explains how to perform it perfectly.

Not much of a learning curve. Mahdi's magic is always worth the effort.

This is taught expertly well by Mahdi with a lot of extra suggestions for how this could play out.
I am pleased it was not a $5 download, as this may have ended up everywhere loosing its edge :)
Once you have this , you can take this on the fly, Anywhere you and a spectator are , great job
👍👍👍

This is amazing ! I use animals in my shows, so I can tie my patter into something about one of my
animal's senses. You will understand what I mean when you watch the tutorial. The method is off the
hook, I would never have guessed it. I can see this scorching brains. The important thing will be
making sure what your spectator does what they need to do to accomplish this trick. It won't be
difficult at all if you can tell them an interesting story leading up to the reveal. Mahdi is
awesome and he will give you many ways to accomplish your goal. This is a very usable keeper, I love
it !!!

This is pretty good. I think it needs a better presentation.
