Even after seeing the trick I have no idea why this works. Sadly, I only have a doctorate in
psychology and not mathematics! This is truly mind boggling
!!

A really good miracle in the correct circumstances, that Larry also pointed out. I really like all
the free choices and there’s no way that they can find out how this is possible. Love the
presentational ideas you can put into it. It’s a shame that this item is available for everyone!

A 5 star review is reserved for those things that blow me away! Just leave me going, "I never saw
that coming"This is one of those effects! 9.99 for a price on a piece of magic that may very well
have people freaking out? What a deal! And easy to learn? Not hard but, you DO have to PRACTICE!
(but you knew that right?) Look this is designed to be a real fooler. Hands down this is a true
magic effect that you will want to do when ever someone hands you a deck of cards.

Very first time I performed this live it was "Mike will have one more black card than you will have
red cards". After all the steps they had turned over 6 red cards and I was only holding 7 cards
total! I was so sure I had made a mistake. There was NO chance I had 7 cards WHICH WERE ALL BLACK,
after all the intuitive choices they had made... but alas, we revealed my cards 1x1 and there they
were... 7 black cards only in my hand. It was a bonus stunning reveal! Thanks so much Larry, for
this beautiful magic.

Without giving too much away:
If you want an effect that's easy to comprehend, easy to alter
based on your performance style, can be shortened to a couple minutes or lengthened to 10ish
minutes, and is pretty much impossible to backtrack unless the audience already understands multiple
magic principles, BUY THIS!
I do basic things (mostly basic mentalism and card tricks) in a
casual setting. Even though most people can be entertained and fooled by most tricks, there are
still a lot of people who clearly feel let down when things are too simple. They're not like 95% of
people who just want to be entertained: they want to be PUZZLED. Watching audience members huddle up
and try and figure out what I did immediately after an effect is one of the most amusing parts of
performing for me.
Pros:
-If presented properly, with the right verbal subtleties,
pretty much impossible to backtrack.
-They do most of the handling and make most decisions.
Larry actually handles the deck a lot in the performance but in person, you can let suspicious
participants do a lot of the work.
-No sleight of hand moves.
Cons:
Not really a con
but
-You have to practice. In private + get experience doing it in person.
-You have to pay
attention. No spacing out for half of the trick and treating it like it's purely self-working.
-You probably can tell from the trailer: it's not going to look exactly the same every
performance. So, you have to be HAPPY to get good at verbally holding their attention, directing
their focus, and explaining what's going on. That's true of a lot of Hass's material. Weird comment
but some people hate having a dialogue with participants. Of course, use your own personality and
words. This is a trick for people who have fun talking with participants.
I'll be checking
out more instant downloads from this site. But so far: This is my favorite, and in my opinion (with
the right verbal presentation) the most overpowered for a skeptical audience member.

I love this trick and here is why: borrowed deck tricks always kill (even if it is your own deck).
Tricks with gimmick cards are good, however I have heard people say “Something must be going on with
the cards themselves”. Not here. I like how they shuffle the cards as well as make all of the
choices. Great instruction and by the end of the tutorial I was doing the trick. Tried it on my
wife who is onto all of my tricks, pinky breaks, false cuts, double lifts, on and on. This totally
fooled her. I also learned his Friendship Game trick and that is a winner as well.

Mr. Hass has offered up one of the most entertaining self working card effects available in today's
market. My spectators love it and I actually love performing the effect as well. This is NOT
...pick-a-card-any card...magic. It is fun magic that just happens to use a deck of cards. I do not
normally carry a magic trick with me every day. This effect has changed that approach and I plan to
never leave home without The Intuition Test's simple home made prop. Wherever you can find a deck
of cards in reasonable condition, you can perform this fine effect. The instruction is the high
quality that seems to be a standard for Larry Hass. Audio and video production are up to the high
standards you can expect from Penguin. If your style is closeup thought provoking magic, download

Cannot wait to perform this. Currently in lockdown (medical rather than judicial). The method is
brilliant, and I cannot see many lay people seeing through this. Given enough of a theatrical
'screen', this will be a winner in any set.

This effect can range from being a "puzzle" to being a unique moment of magic for spectators. Hass
instructs the method very well - sometimes he is just over the top about how wonderful he is, but if
you can get past that aspect of his instruction you will learn the effect (hence the 4 stars instead
of 5). With respect to this, I have performed this over zoom/FaceTime in a show and found that it
works really well. my comment about it being a "puzzle" is related to the idea that this effect is
best when embedded in a larger conversation or interaction about intuition. if the performer
makes it about themself, the effect it descends to the puzzle category. when the focus is genuinely
on the other person, their feelings, their choices, it results in them experiencing this effect as
magical, mysterious and wonderful - since they truly make all the choices.

Very clever principle and a very nice presentation premise. This can be played so many ways.
It will fool your Magican buddies.
