This is not a HQ Lord & Taylor wallet, but it is solid & slim.
It works as a Himber, it works as
a Bombshell, it just works with complete deception.
I've seen the "switch" part of the
wallet made by others, but T.M. added the Bombshell principle which makes it unique.
I'm
surprised nobody mentioned that one could use it as a card to wallet, still appearing within the
window'd compartment with a simple guide. Or any routine that would use an ungaffed billfold type
wallet! The fact that it AUTOMATICALLY goes into a snapped down compartment is one heck of a PLUS!.
There are enough Bombshell routines around if you look. As was said previously by another,
John Mendoza has some great routines for card to wallet and the Bombshell wallet.
In the
minimal directions, you have the basic handling of the wallet and a minimalistic idea. As for
quality, if it was up to me I'd have it made in a Lt. Brown (almost Tan) and made of some high grade
soft leather. But then the wallet would not function as easily, would bend and that would not be
good. It happens to be correct as is.
It's not a bloat hip wallet, another plus. It's
plus's on top of plus's... Gave it 4 instead of 5 stars for the lack of a solid routine for those
starting out with a Bombshell or Himber switching wallet. That was truly a mistake.
Other
than that, it has dual solid purpose that can & will always find use.

Nicely designed wallet with simple no palm for CTW effect. However, for the price was hoping for a
better quality wallet. The leather seem very cheap.
Would recommend the Infinity Wallet.

This wallet is not of good quality. I could spend at marshall's and it would look better. Not only
that the instructions are unclear, especially the diagrams. Try something else.

This a great wallet, ONLY if you have the right routine to go with it. The instructions that come
with it isn't great, and the routine in it, isn't great. At first you might think, "how on earth is
this any good?"
It was on my shelf for ages, until, I found John Mendoza's routine in WGM card
in wallet. This routine has taken this wallet to an AMAZING card to wallet. highly recommended to
check that out as well.
In summary, nice small billfold wallet that can be used everyday. not
that many slots of credit cards, etc. A bit pricey I thought, but well worth it, as previously said
if you have the routine to go with it.

I really like this wallet. In it I carry the bills for hornswoggled, which gives me an excuse for
putting the wallet into play. They win the money if I don't find their card. If wearing a suit or
sports coat I also carry Bendix Bombshell, using Larry Becker's routine from Jerry Mentzer's book
Card to Wallet. The Hip Pocket Bombshell is a very easy, no palm, card to wallet that packs a wallop
I love wallet, have many that are out there, but this (along with the Bendix Bombshell) are my
favorites.

Getting straight to the point:
There is only one good thing about this wallet, and that's
the design/concept when performing the trick. It's a sort of lateral thinking method to the "z-fold"
concept.
Okay, now for the 2-star justification:
1. Quality: Very poor. Not
sturdy or professional. If this will be used as your everyday wallet, it will wear and tear in just
a few months. This was not built for everyday use. Minus one star.
2. Colour: What is
shown in the product page and the video of Jay Nobelazada, is brown/burgundy. What was received is
black. Since there is apparently more than one colour, which was not displayed as an option, that
took away another star.
For these reasons, this product was not worth the price offered,
losing it yet another star: high price for a low quality item.
It is unfortunate that such
a low quality product is made to serve a great concept. This is how people lose interest in magic,
and how magic becomes just a business.

I did a lot of research before finally settling with this wallet. I finally decided to settle with
this product since it was in the cool box. I had high expectations and am a bit disappointed with
the product. It's hard for me to compare it with other 'magic' wallets seeing as this is my first
one but I've owned it for about a month now and haven't used it once. It doesn't really come with
any good routines so I'll have to find and purchase something else to make use of this.
I'm
also not a big fan of the appearance and have trouble even considering using it as an everyday
wallet. It has 3 slots for cards...that's it. I would maybe only use it for a wallet to hold
gimmicks and such, and to perform any wallet tricks (that I have yet to learn since they weren't
included.....). Personally, I think that the wallet looks odd enough to raise suspicion in people. I
can see the potential in it, but for the price, I feel there are better options out there.

a guy showed me his at a magic shop and it's just ingenious....great job to those who contributed to
it's design

I purchased this instead of the Wowlette because this wallet is very similar to the one I carry on
me everyday. It isn't flashy. Not a lot of bells and whistles. Simplicity is what I wanted at a
decent price and that's what I got.
Once you've broken the wallet it, it fits in nicely. I
honestly haven't looked through the written instructions. I've already got a stack of resources
giving tips and routines.
I'm so happy with this wallet, I'll more than likely order a
back up for when I wear this one out.
