The material in this DVD is likley going to be over the head of many card workers even those that
know lots about the subject. I have had to consult other works to have an understanding of some of
the material in this DVD. If you have other resources and skill in the card magic scene there is
likely some material here you will like or use. Not for the beginner and anyone unfamiliar with card
magic. I also found parts of the material to drag and not interesting from a spectator point of
view.

Some of the stuff on this DVD is really good, while other stuff you will probably never use. I think
the best part of the whole DVD is the card under class routine. He gives you a great handling of the
trick which seems to work in real life situations. There is some other good stuff too, but if you
are going to buy this DVD set, then get it for the card under glass routine.

I felt that the 21 card trick alone was worth the price of the entire set--an absolute gem which
seems like genuine mind reading. I also liked Tri-Version which was great and not too difficult.
Visible Tosheroon was also excellent but requires a a bit more effort to perform than some of the
others. There is also an excellent card to wallet.
You should definitely add this DVD to your
collection. You won't be sorry

Not impressive. Good (not great) tricks, but the unremarkable performances take away from their
impact. Not surprised they are giving this one away.
Just one magician's opinion, tho . .

This DVD set is great. There are some quality card tricks on both of these dvds. Randy wakeman does
an excellent job teaching each trick step-by-step. There isn't anything really ground breaking here,
though. That is why I gave it a 4. These are some tried and true card plots with a touch of
Wakeman's style. I especially liked the 21 card trick handling, making an otherwise awful trick
somewhat good.

the world would be a lot better with more randy wakemans(wakemen?) you know how you just feel like
steve martin has that nice guy vibe randy is in that cult with professional structure under loose
style deftly handled. Further credentials include he calls Marlo Eddy.
A great Double DVD of usable, quick-paced, visual (mainly) card magic. If you like the great Marlo
meets malone series of DVD's you will love this.
I have given it five stars but almost went
with four because the only slight problem is some of the moves are not explained - or shown in
close-up - that well. So this is not one for the beginners.
Highly recommended.
Randy Wakeman is a legend. He has the respect of other magicians and for good reason; he is a
cardician that uses and creates strong routines. These DVDs don't have the most exciting title.
Nevertheless, the routines are extremely exciting and carry a hunch punch. Very well shot, the
effects are wonderfully constructed and are very strong. If you are not familiar with some key
sleights and moves of card magic, you may want to ensure that you have Card College to give further
explanation. For an incredible effect on this DVD, Randy simply mentions the sleight and doesn't go
into detailed explanation. I had to use Card College for clarification. For intermediate to advanced
card men only. Beginners to card magic or close up, you may want something not so hard hitting..
i expected a better dvd for this price.all the routines are good but they are not for surrounded
situations as the slights used in most of them, are angle sensitive.i believe that there should be
better tricks and that if you are thinking about a dvd to buy in order to have many tricks, just go
somewhere else.(on the spot is highly recommended).so,all in all 2.5/5.
