This version has some improvements over past models but comes with some negatives as well. The
gimmick in the first version was basically universal for iPhone and Android phones. With the change
in technology now each phone requires its own. This can be challenging in performance because you
have to know what phone the Spec is using prior to performing the trick. The gimmicks are not
interchangeable hence the need to use the correct one for each type of phone. One plus with this
version is the ability to flip the phone over while it is being balanced. This is a real fooler
especially for people thinking you are using "magnets" or "adhesive" to make it work. You may have
to modify the stock gimmick slightly to pull off this move unless you have thin fingers.
The
biggest problem I have with this version is cost and execution. I feel the cost is very high
considering what you actually receive for gimmicks. You should receive several of each type for the
cost. They are very easy to loose.
I feel the execution is more difficult on this model.
Actually attaching the gimmick to the phone seems more cumbersome with this version. The biggest
problem I have is with CASES. Everybody has one. Who uses a phone without one? Nobody! Getting the
gimmick to attach to the phone with a thick case can be problematic especially with the Android
phones since the gimmick doesn't "lock" on like the iPhone does.
To eliminate many of the
issues that I have raised here, use your own phone for the demo and start with the gimmick attached.
Do the nice moves, Turn hand palm side down at end as you hand phone to audience to be checked
giving you the perfect opportunity to clean up. Way less risky with nearly the same result as
borrowing a phone. Hope this helps. Now go entertain someone.

Cons : the gimmicks are very small and the included shipping box is 3rd rate.....so easy to lose the
gimmicks
This product will NOT work with ANY iPhone model earlier than an iPhone 7.....no 6
no 5 no 6s. This should have been divulged in the description. (I do not own an Android phone,
so I have no comments on that platform. ) So while the presentation is much better using a borrowed
iPhone, be careful what you ask for.
PROS: Nick does his usual great job explaining the
trick, the variances and the maintenance. Oh yeah, you may need some.
As Nick said, this is
not an effect that will shock people with amazement. I think it is better suited for incorporation
into other iPhone tricks, which is another reason to do it with your own iPhone and not run the risk
of problems with borrowed phones.

Wow you must have been using a fake ipad for the demo cause the weight of an ipad makes the gimmick
cut into your finger and is painfull to hold and leaves a mark and CAN be easily seen from
underneath...no way is worth the money and is risky to use any phone or ipad due to the weight would
possibly cause the phone/ipad to fall and break....

I really like the look of this and finally got it today.
Now in the video, Nick shows how to
replace the gimmick. He does that around a bottle neck.
My gimmicks out of the box are 10mm
across. They don’t even fit my little finger. This may well be a small thing but rather than go and
play or practice, I now need to get a roll of hundreds of meters off line to use 3 inches of it.
A bit more thought could have gone into how wide you do the loop…

This is OK but it is not magical as a "trick". Wrapping it into a routine might add some mystery.
The gimmick is clever enough, but difficult to use if the phone has a case on it.

Gimmick fell apart on second use. Yes I can fix it but requires me to go and buy a product. Too hard
to use the existing bit. Too nervous now to contemplate doing this with a borrowed phone. Using an
iPhone is harder to use than Android due to the way the gimmick attaches. This will probably will go
to the back of my magic draw sadly.

I found this product underwhelming. The reactions received were fun, but nothing magical. To some
people, it appeared to be more than a puzzle to figure our than a magic effect.
Buy if only
