This is a very good intermediate level effect. Basically, the spectator chooses a card, you attempt
to find it... you choose the wrong card, but then it changes to the selected card... and then you
reveal that their selection was the only odd-backed card in the entire deck, even though they've
(apparently) been seeing the backs of the full deck during the entire routine.
During the
course of the explanation, you'll have quite a few sleights explained in adequate detail... riffle
force, slip cuts, acquiring breaks, the shake change, classic pass... there's an impressive amount
of material packed into a short amount of time.
If you're already handy with a deck of
cards, this is a really nice routine to play around with. If you're a beginner, this is a good
introduction to more advanced handlings, since you'll end up with good instruction on a solid bunch
of useful moves.

Hi! This is your official PenguinMagic reviewer, B_Magic.
Now this is what I'm looking for
when it comes to digital downloads! For the most part, a lot of the digital downloads I've gotten
have been somewhat disappointing for me. A lot of that has to do with the fact that a lot of the
downloads, at one point, were geared more toward a beginner. With Blindsided, that is not the case.
This effect is awesome!
Be prepared, like most good magic this effect will take some work
and practice, but the trick is well worth it. Highly visual, beautiful, and is guaranteed to get a
killer response. This one is a must-buy in my opinion. Add to cart now!

Lots of difficult slights. So mega practice for newbiesin order to make it work.

I've been performing for over 40 years and there is nothing better than a closeup illusion that has
audience participation, a kicker ending, and automatically resets. Oz has accomplished all three in
this one effect and his teaching style assures that you can do it too. This makes for a very nice
opening effect.

This was really really great.. have used it several times as an opener to additional card
performances that don't require a gimmick deck of cards, have worked hard at it as with any great
quality illusion practice makes perfect. Got great reactions from everyone that I show this to and
recommend this one to anyone that does card magic without the gimmicks or anyone wanting to show a
great attention grabber.

I haven't done this one in public yet, but my test spectators (AKA immediate family) have been
convinced that I perform REAL magic, not card manipulation

Colour changing deck routines are really good. The downside to them is that some of them are a bit
tricky to perform. This version isn't completely brand new but Oz has added some nice elements to
it. The handling of this particular version is actually really easy. Another great thing about this
trick is that it instantly resets so you are able to do it again for a new crowd without having to
set it up again. My only suggestion for when you perform this is to avoid really trying to sell the
colour of the deck because you don't want to give away the finally.

This is an extremely strong effect. I am really impressed with Oz's teaching. I am just starting to
dabble into magic again so I picked this effect to start with, and I'm glad I did. For me
personally, it required quite a bit of practice to avoid exposure, but a mirror helped (even though
angles are barely an issue), and Oz gave great tips to help with performance. I have already WOWed a
few people with this!! I really recommend.

Oz delivers once again like he always does, an awesome effect! It will take some work to get the
handling down, but that is just like any other effect you will learn. If you have just an elementary
knowledge of card effects this is not a problem. Oz goes in depth on certain moves required for this
effect (I already knew them, but they helped me grasp the concepts better and I would have paid the
price for just the handling explanations) This will blow peoples minds but like any effect make sure
you put the time in to make it a killer!
