it's an okay trick.but the DVD lag was horrible. It almost looks scary how the light lags on his
face. The most annoying dvd I have ever watched. And plus you need to spend like 5 dollars extra for
the gimmick. Its an average trick too.Do not get this, save your money.

The video is really unnecessary and it doesn't come with the gimmick. You have to spend another 7
dollars to get the gimmick.

the effect is amazing, and will leave the audience amzazed. but as a warning, it does require
additional purchases, or gaff creation. pick up the double faced deck, and a double backed deck, or

This is one of my favorite card effects ever. I first performed it when I purchased one of Doc
Eason's bar magic dvd's. This is a quicker, more direct version of Anniversary Waltz. I highly
recommend this trick.
There are two reasons I gave True Love 4 stars instead of 5. First of
all, there is no performance of the effect on the download. The demonstration of the effect only
includes snippets and reactions but not the whole effect. Secondly, although this version is quicker
and more direct, I still prefer Doc Eason's handling. There is even a point in his routine where you
seemingly show the face of both the cards. This sells the effect better.
I love both
versions and recommend both. This effect is killer because layman cannot fathom a double face card.
Like Pearlman said, they will immediately start trying to pick the card apart thinking that it is
glued together. And the best part is that the spectators get to take a souvenir. I usually let the
lady take it when performing it for a couple. I also like to have one of the spectators write the
date when they sign it.
Great effect!!

I like the updated version of the anniversary waltz, although I've never performed it. As always Oz
does a great job at keeping things simple and only explaining what you need to know in order to
perform the basics of this effect.
My only con would be that I do not think that this
should be packaged as an Instant Download as such, it's difficult to go into details without
exposure - however if you're familiar with the Anniversary Waltz, then no worries!
A close
friend of mine who is a professional magician, has been performing a similar effect that he created,
for some time now and I had to order this to compare methods - good stuff!

The first time I performed this effect i didn't know what to expect. The reaction I got was amazing.
This trick is relatively easy to perform.

Who cares about the quality of the DVD? This handling of AW gets to the point and hits hard,
without all the awkward handlings in Doc's AW.
Also, it's totally fine that this doesn't
come with a gimmick. You'll need to buy double facers for AW anyway. Bundling this with a couple
double facers would be pointless. Just buy yourself a deck of double facers, and you're off.
Another AW variant you might look at is Joshua Jay's Cheek to Cheek. It has less slights, but
ends far dirtier and requires extra setup for each performance. I prefer this version, but Cheek to
Cheek has merit too.
I feel it much more complicated than the Doc Eason version. I'm not saying it's hard to do, I just
like to keep it simple.
True love was a grand experience and is the perfect thing in just daily routines I will always hold
it dear. The gimmick came in useful on many occasions. I like to use it as a ending or midway trick.
I of course am guilty of altering the way tricks are performed so they mix hand in hand. I will
recommend that you purchase this trick learn it play with it and enhance it with your own flares.
I love this effect. Easy to do, doesn't take an enormous amount of time to practice, huge reactions
and the presentation is beautiful. Highly recommended!
