Hold up, can I review my own trick?? There should be some checks and balances here. But also, it's
free (for now), so like, whatever. This is a really really fun trick to do! It's beyond easy, it's
all presentation based, have some fun with it and kill your audience....with magic. Don't actually
kill them. Or anyone. Please. I beg you.
Let's hang out sometime. I miss you.

There are 1,000,001 things that I could say about how incredible Expression Test is. I could go on
and on about how phenomenally it has been crafted to update, improve and elevate magic’s classic
biddle trick. I could go on for decades about the brilliance that radiates from the mind of Erik
Casey with every breath he takes in this video tutorial.
Instead, I’ll say this:
Expression test is to magic what Brad Pitt is to Troy.
Sexy, elegant and
breathtakingly powerful.
FIVE STARS

The theme of this trick is accessiblity (both price-wise & format-wise). He shares the instructions
on both YouTube & Google Drive.
I haven’t watched the video yet but this is more than
enough for me to commend his efforts. I wish all tricks were like that. It would be so much easier
to watch magic (and would save Penguin some money, thus saving us some money- no servers, no Vimeo
subscriptions).
I guess we all agree that sharing videos through the best platform out
there makes everything so efficient.
Before you say “what about the risk of getting
shared”. I am pretty sure that if someone really wanted to reveal a trick, they would do it
regardless of what you do. We shouldn’t sacrifice our comfort, so the “magic is protected”. Our
convenience should come first. If someone is sharing, shame on them. They would do it anyway.

In my top 5 routines right now! Doing it a lot with real people and it's working great!

The Expression Test is straightforward trick and not sleight heavy at all. I loved the different
handlings shown and for the price is a steal.

My tinder profile says I am 6'1 and can do card tricks. But here's the deal, both of those things
are a lie. I am 5'11 and can only do ONE card trick. Not tricks. My secret to not getting called out
on dates is to only go on dates with VERY short people and after I do the 21 card trick, I will
"accidentally" drop the cards everywhere, and start to cry because my new Star Wars Theory 11 cards
are ruined. Little does my date know that that was the plan all along, as I can only do one mediocre
card trick. Usually, this garners some sympathy for me, but almost never gets me a second date. And
by almost never, I mean never. It's almost like lying and tricking my dates isn't an effective
strategy. So, in an effort not to be a liar, I got Erik Casey's The Expression Test!
It
wasn't hard to learn, and Erik was such a good teacher. He goes over everything very well that it
gave me a newfound confidence in my magic! So much confidence that I find myself standing taller
and, much to my surprise, I am actually 6'1 when I stand up straight! Who's the liar now???
On the last date I went on I decided to do the two tricks I knew, The Expression Test did so
well that they asked me question after question about the trick. Once they realized it was created
by Erik Casey, they left me and said they were going to find him and propose on the spot. So, Erik,
if someone chases after you and proposes randomly, you're welcome!

I like the trick and there is a lot of room to relate and play with the spectator.

This is a trick you don't even have to practice (if you know how you want to handle it). I will say,
practice makes permanent...and you will want to practice. The beautiful thing here is the moves are
common enough that it just kind of works. Get your story/presentation lined up and just go with it.
I have done this with my wife and kids and even law enforcement friends...they love a good
"expression" reading presentation.

This is a great trick taking parts of multiple routines from multiple great magicians. Also enjoy
the alternative handling, really happy to see this type of trick be performed and how it's
explained.
