I really didn't know what to say after watching this the first time... The flourishes presented here
take TONS of skill and are HIGHLY original. Now, does that mean this is a good DVD?
Nope.
Because it lacks ONE element that would make this DVD a 4 star. TEACHING.
He basically
performs the flourishes. Then there is ONE little clip of it in slow-mo (maybe 2 clips) that last
for a few seconds, and then Brian comes on there and curses out other flourishers and talks about
how he is the best in the world.
I definitely don't recommend this DVD.

This DVD is not that bad. People don't like the DVD because he doesn't explain things thoroughly. I
think he does fine. If you can't see that this the THIRD volume. You obviously have to purchase the
first two. You wouldn't watch a movie by starting with the last third!!! In order to learn the moves
he assumes you already know, I would suggest purchasing Generation Extreme. You can buy it on
Penguin under the XCM section on the left. Generation X teaches you the first three one-handed
revolutions, many sible variations that you need to know, and the original Castro Cut. (there are
two variations on this DVD) Once you have mastered all, or at least most of, the material on
Generation X, buy this. It is awesome.
The only reason it did not receive 5 stars is
because of the cussing. There is a lot of it, but, I must say, Penguin does warn you about it. With
the previous knowledge required to understand the moves, this DVD is great.
People are
just too lazy and do not want to practice. Anything worth doing, including XCM, requires lots of
practice. It is just that simple. If you are willing to put in the practice time, you will seriously
increase your skill.
My favorite moves are Rev 4 and 5, the Tudor Tower (I invented a
slight variation to get !9! vertical packets!), and the Tudor Production.
Overall, I think
it is good.
ADD TO CART!(once you have mastered Generation X!!)

We all know the guy has incredible skills. Also, I really like Show Off 1,2 & GenX. I didn't like
this. I have three issues with it:
1) Very familiar. The moves are just combinations or
variations on things you've seen before. With enough prior XCM experience these are the sorts of
moves you will have thought up yourself.
Examples:
The "Tudor Tower" - just a 7
packet line cut from the table to his nose. Like I haven't seen that a thousand times.
Asher, "diving board shouldn't be a double!" - the title speaks for itself. It's Lee Asher's
diving board double with a packet rather than two cards.
2) He makes a big deal out of how
original the revolution cuts are, then does REV 4. This is an needlessly awkward version of a cut
I've done and seen other people do for as long as I can remember. It was the same for REV 3 (It's
just something people come up with when they get their Charlier wrong). Also REV 2 was a variation
on a cut people have been doing since before he was born. Maybe he thought these up independently
but they were not original. REV 1 I will give him, and it is brilliant.
3) Without the
swearing and ranting it's only about 15mins long for 11 flourishes. Having said this, I actually
think the teaching is OK on most of the moves as long as the people watching have enough XCM
experience to be remotely capable of them.
Overall, if you're really into your XCM and you
have the money to burn then you might get a couple of things from this, probably not any more than
that. If that's not you then look elsewhere.

I don't like to give bad reviews but this is one that deserves it. The stuff on this DVD is very
difficult to learn and will take a lot of time to perfect. Don't get me wrong, the slights and
flourishes are really nice but most people are not willing to put in the hours and hours of practice
to learn it. If you do have some extra time however and you really want to learn some of this stuff
than pick it up but it's not for me.
its not that bad. anytime you get a tudor dvd, you know its gonna be fast and poorly taught...youre
not paying for the teaching, your paying to watch it in slow motion and pray that some of the moves
stick. good luck with that!
Horrible product. Do not buy this. I have absolutely no respect for the creaters of this product.
Brian Tudor is an arrogant ****, who does not deserve any money for garbage products like this one.
I got this product for free, and I am still unhappy with it.
Highly un-recommended.
got it as a free dvd download... wasn't even worth the downloading time. He is very talented but
he doesn't teach at all he just does it once, says good luck, and curses at you and the world. He
is like an angry, sweaty, Brando with cards.
Really bad don't buy this really bad teacher!
