Effect- A card is selected through a process and taken out of the deck. All of the other cards are
shown to be blank except for their thought of card.
I will have to admit that I was a slight bit
disappointed with the method. With that said, it still fooled me. This uses a very old principle
that you already know (some may be scared to use it), but applied and dressed up in a way that not
many people would pick up on, even a few magicians. It isn't as clean as the ad makes it sound, but
it still appears super fair to the spectator and looks legit to them. It's extremely easy to
perform, but you can't have anyone behind you which may be a problem in some cases, but easily
managed.
The DVD is very well produced and attractive. No complaints. Oz Pearlman is a great
teacher and lets you in on the subtleties that make this more convincing to the spectators. There
are 2 variations taught which are the basic handling and the advanced handling by Luke Jermay. I saw
flaws in both so I combined them both so that they made more sense (you had to remove cards which
was a drag) and eliminated a lot of procedure. There are also a ton of performances throughout the
DVD and while I applaud the effort, Oz is a very bad performer. A problem with DVDs and younger
magicians is that they'll copy the performers directly. Oz is very technically skilled, but his
acting and presentation is weak in my opinion.
Overall, this is a solid product and I recommend
it.

This is a great effect, but make sure you choose your audience wisely, i tried it on two persons
today and they wanted to take the deck and go thru it themselves, not good..
technique is good
and it plays big, im not sure if ill add it to my act simply because i dont see it being a good
opener, and you can only do that one trick with the deck.
other than that i think ill keep
trying it on ramdom people and see how it goes..
overall i cant complain, Oz is a great teacher
and it wasnt expensive..

This is a really strong trick. Its not so good walk around but if you are doing a show it really
hits them between the eyes. A tip is to do a trick with a normal pack of cards first. Have the cards
be shuffled by the spectator. Then do something else like spongeballs. Come out with this trick and
nail em. Its really easy to learn and theres not that much practice. I got this as a bonus from
penguin and was really surprised about how amazing it is. I would definitely buy this.

This is pretty amazing, and from a spectator's point of view it's mindboggling. So long as you don't
mind carrying around a gimmicked deck in your pocket then there's no reason you shouldn't go for
this!
The tuition is clear and very detailed, although ultimately the effect is pretty easy
to do which is great because it lets you focus on performance!

Its a great concept, one of the greatest concepts in card magic - a spectator names a card and it is
the only card in the deck that appears different from all the others.
Sound familiar?
If you want the most direct, hard hitting version of this concept just stick with the invisible
deck.
This is a great trick, but I would never use this AND the invisible deck in the same
routine. And I would never replace this trick with the invisible deck because this effect isn't near
as direct and straight forward as the invisible deck.
It's not that this is a bad effect,
its just that there is another effect out there that uses the same concept, but plays much stronger.

Very nice idea but I loved the original blizzard more. You can`t pass out for examination.
I
don't love the handling.

This a 20 dollar trick. If you have 20 dollars, and are looking for an effect like this than you
should definitely get it.
PROS
-great effect
-great teaching
-easy to do
-deck can be shuffled (YES, I always do tricks with normal cards, take out my sponges, then come
out with my blizzard deck, shuffle it, and then start).
- Advanced handling thats not that
advanced, just a bit different
Cons
-Although the cards are real they cannot be
examined (most can, but you cant hand the deck out)
-Have to carry it around only for one trick
GET IT IF YOU HAVE MONEY ITS GREAT

Oz does a Good job Performing & Teaching. I wish you had put the whole performance on the Video. I
would have known not to buy. I'm sticking with the Original Blizzard. On the bright side... I
only lost $4.95! For that price... it was worth trying!

This is very good trick but need to practice a lot
Nice handling of this effect. 4 stars because it does require a special deck.
