"Michael Ammar has taken one of U. F. Grant's genius concepts and shaped it into magical perfection." - David Regal

"What a great routine! Michael Ammar is a diabolical creator and an amazing teacher. This is a wonderful showpiece that reflects that." - Joe Rindfleisch

"I was lucky enough to see Michael Ammar perform this routine several times live at Wizardz Magic Theater in Orlando and the routine always received an amazing reaction." - Erik Olson

"I classify this as essential learning for the magician. Even if you never perform it. You'll benefit from all of the the subtitles and nuance that only decades of real-world performance can bring." - Jafo

Learn one of the greatest bill-to-impossible location effects from one of the greatest magicians of all time. Michael Ammar has become one of the most important figures in the modern world of magic. He's responsible for training an entire generation of the best magicians in the world. When he tells you a piece of magic is one of the most powerful tricks he has ever performed, you sit up and take notice. Two dollar bills are torn in half, the halves transpose with a couple of peanuts, and the halves of the bills are discovered inside a freely selected peanut. This is the complete work on the legendary effect that is Michael Ammar’s Bill To Peanut.

Here’s what happens:

You borrow two bills from two different spectators in your audience. The bills are torn in half, and then one piece is handed back, each to its respective owner. The other halves of the bills are secured in a handkerchief in a wine glass for safekeeping. One of the spectators freely chooses a peanut from a full bag of peanuts. You make a magical gesture over the handkerchief and then slowly open it to reveal a pair of unshelled peanuts where there were once halves of a dollar bill. The peanut is then cracked open and inside are the other halves of the dollar bills. These are confirmed to match the halves the spectators are holding. Then, in an impossible kicker ending, you restore the torn dollar bills and hand them back to the audience for immediate examination.

Bill to Peanut is an effect Michael Ammar has closed his set with at the Magic Castle. He uses it when he performs for celebrities and when he does a show for some of the largest companies in the world. The effect is not only easy but every detail and beat of the routine has been meticulously thought through. It’s so clean, it has to be impossible. Add this beautifully off-beat miracle to your show and get ready for your audience’s heads to explode when you perform Michael Ammar’s Bill to Peanut.

Very good explanation. You have to be aware that you are tearing up 2 bills each time. In the USA with 1 dollar bills this is not a problem. But in my country the smallest bill is a 10.

I loved this trick... routine... reputation maker! The preparation is well-worth the effort and a deliberate performance style will have your audience talking about this for days! It appears so... casual. So impromptu. It is brilliant!

I love this SO much! Once again Mr. Ammar goes through every step, leaves in all of the nuances and subtleties. One of the first things Mr. Ammar says is that you'll also be learning a few utility things that you can use with other effects - and he was right, I learned something new that I've had fun learning over and over. No complicated moves and everything is justified. One of my favorite parts is that you can modify this so that it doesn't have to be bill to peanut - with some creative thinking, it can be a torn bill to anything. One review mentioned the cost of performing it - I now see what they were referring to - with, again, with some creative thinking you can get around it. There is lots of room for audience interaction and like he says, they'll see something they've never seen before.

This is a great trick well under valued but at the same time I can see Michael Ammar laughing and saying to himself I can’t believe someone took the time to build this. This is like a redneck Tommy Wonder trick. This is an easy routine to learn, but the dedication to doing this trick is what is going to keep everyone from adding too their act.

I must say first off that the teaching of the method by Mickael Ammar is excellent. My disappointment is finding out that this effect is going to cost quite of an investment of more money in order to do and support further performances. Not for, in my opinion practical for the novice magician.
The price and II do understand is for the secret/ method and as a magician that does magic for entertainment for friends and charity events I will not be preforming this. Note 5 stars for teaching, secret and method. 3 stars for not knowing how much more of an investment will need to be made in order to actually preform.

Well, this is a marvelous effect and, as usual, Michael is a great teacher. However, you won't know how much it's REALLY going to cost you in dollars to perform this as he does. For that reason, I probably will never perform it and can't recommend it to anyone else. This is one of those things that should have some type of warning regarding the price of what you'll need to acquire to make it work.

The minute I saw the video, I knew I needed this effect for my new traveling show, IT'S PERFECT!

A total pain in the butt to pre-set, but I believe it will be worth every minute of effort and prep.
