I've been playing with coin magic for close to a fifty year duration and after working with this
product a few months, I have just ordered a second one. It's a great coin set and in 'two-coin mode'
as well. There are many more imaginative possibilities when combining this coin set with an expanded
shell and it works really well with a number of other gaff coins too. If you use these a lot, be
sure to order a few sets of 1.5" Johnny Wong coin stickers. Adding other coin stickers makes for
great customization options as well. 100% satisfied with this purchase!

I saw Paul Richards demonstrate this at the Live Magic Expo in New Jersey, and I thought it was
great, but I had already emptied my pockets. Well, I just got my Penguin order the other day, and I
LOVE this thing. I'm not too great at coin magic, but man is this thing easy to use, and I've
already worked up two extensive routines with it. You can do vanishes, color changes, 3-Fly, Coins
Across...just about anything you can come up with.
Now it does have some weaknesses, of course,
the biggest being the sound. If you're using it along with real coins, you may have some noise
problems...but you can say the same thing about a flipper or shell, and there are ways around it.
The other problem is that it won't stand up to close scrutiny...but the payoff is that you can
create such rapid-fire, jaw-dropping magic that nobody will notice anyway. OK, so the Chinese coins
don't look so great close up...but still, where the hell are they coming from?! How did they
disappear?! They won't question the thin coins or the look of the Chinese coins while their brains
are exploding.
And if you're considering between this and the regular Super Triple, just get
this; it literally does everything that the Super Triple does, plus it has the Chinese faces.
And here's a fun tip for you: I keep Jay Sankey's Holy Stretch in my back pocket. Holy Stretch
is made of zinc, and the DFST is magnetic...instant holdout!

The gimmick is well made and can do wonderful things. Instructions were clear and you can change
routines to meet your style.

I like this product and the way it works, but the edges of the coins could have been more elaborate.
The edges of the coins are in different tones and this prevents the coins from appearing as a single
coin.
It still doesn't create a major disadvantage in the display of this trick ...

5 stars and 'little, it would take at least 10 stars, fantastic coin gimmick, which opens up new
frontiers in monetomagia, for the manipulators who know how to combine skills' and gimmick'
formulation can the impossible.

This product is impossible to use as advertised. I've had to return two of them. Penguin Magic's
customer service really came through, I would have to say. However, I had asked them to test out the
replacement item before sending it to me but I wound up receiving the same poor quality product as
the first time. I found the whole process to be very frustrating.

Beautiful coins, easy to perform. Johnny Wong is not easy to understand but the moves are what you
follow. Clear & precise. You must practice to master the moves. The coins do the work, you have to
create the magic.
I practiced for a week until I was smooth & confident. The coins now never
leave my pocket. I perform this trick daily.
One of my favorite gimmicks !!! With a little bit of practice you'll look like a coin expert!!!
I have purchased coins from the best dealers there are, Schoolcraft coins and Todd Lassen coins,
but this coin purchase is the best I have. The double face triple coin is so EASY to use and the
effects you can perform are just awesome. I personally use a routine from Ponta the Smith using the
DFTC as my go to routine when I do a coin trick. I also have a TANGO coin gaff from penguin that is
really good but the Johnny Wong triple coin is better. The price on this coin(set) is terrific
compared to the others dealers. When I perform close up magic I always do the Johnny Wong DFTC as
my main coin effect along with the mental photography deck card routine and Shawn Farquars Torn 2
pieces.
