the gimmick is garbage and the two people i did it for could tell how i did it in a second save your
money and get somthing better like in a flash!

There is setup, a reset time, must be wearing certain attire, looks un-natural to go up to a person
with yourself holding the setup in that position (I'm a street and professional performer so I have
backround), the gimmick is nothing special (you'll laugh at it...), it'll sit on the shelf, kinda
obvious in method, hard to transition in your act or completely feel comfortable with the gimmick.
My recommendation: Just get Jay's In The Beginning there were coins (he's the best teacher), with
the book, 5 points by juan tamirez, and you'll see that that's a wayyyyyy better investment than
this trick could ever be. :)

I would probably skip on this one.. Don't get me wrong. I do respect Jay Sankey as a performer but
some of the stuff he does is just not for me. I don't particularly enjoy performing this one and
don't think you should put your time/effort on this one.
You must be kidding me! To charge over 20 dollars for this garbage! I was so mad i wanted to post a
reveal on youtube! If you buy bend you get this and other effects. I bag you not to waste your money
this. If he sold this dvd with that and other effects it would be better but just this alone
horrible. Save your money!
i bought this from a sankey magic.com (just saying) anyway this is amazing and the gimmick is easy
to use
There are a lot of people who have been knocking this product lately on reviews, and I wanted to put
in my input.
This is an effect that has some requirements. That being said, the
requirements aren't bad and I think the effect is worth it. What gig will you be at where you wear
shorts and a t-shirt?
As for it looking unnatural when it comes out, it isn't difficult to
have the gimmick set up in your hand inside your pocket, then "casually" pull it out. It's how I've
always done it and I've never been caught.
It loses one star for not being a cheap
manuscript as a DVD wasn't necessary, but I still think it is a great opener, especially to go into
other effects like Vertigo.
i did not actually buy this exact version of this effect, but it is featured in bending the real,
which i do have, i think that bending the real is about fifteen dollars more, but it comes with
this, vanishink, and there's also a cool effect with a pencil and there's a packet trick, in my
opinion the rest of the tricks fall into the same category as that trick where you roll a straw
across a table using "the power of your mind", meaning that i don't find them to be real heavy
hitters, but when you find yourself at a restaurant or a coffee shop, they're fun to mess around
with.
THE GIMMICK
When you see what you get, you think you've paid way to much for this trick, but as
Jay Sankey says in the DVD, they have tried so many kind of gimmicks and found this one to be the
best solution. So you pay for the idea and not for the material. And of course for the DVD. I rather
pay 20 dollars more and get it on DVD than a paper with text and pictures.
THE TRICK
I
can only perform this trick as the first one and not between two tricks for the same people. It
takes some practice to make it look natural, but it can be done. I have found a way with two
napkins, so it looks more natural. Nobody has caught me yet ;-)
CONCLUSION
I like it
and when I perform it with a napkin I use the napkin to make another trick right after. Don't use it
as a trick alone because they could, after trying them self, ask you to do it again, and you can't.
I gave it only 3 stars because of the setup and because it has to be the first trick that I do,
and I can only do it once for the same people.
