First, let me address the most common complaints. 1) skin type. While it helps if your skin is
flexible, they clearly teach a method on the the DVD to aid in the set up of the effect if you do
not have stretchy skin. If you put a little effort into it, I'm pretty sure almost anyone could find
the right spot on their arm.
2) Set up. While the set up does need to be done covertly and takes
a minute or two, you can leave it set up for hours if you want, until you are ready to do the trick.
With that out of the way, I'll say that this trick is mediocre. While it can get some great
reactions if done right, it is little more than a glorified reveal of a thought of card. While it
does appear to just appear on your arm (and I must say, it does look convincing), the major downside
is that you literally need to write on your arm in sharpie (or dry-erase). This means you can't wear
jackets, and also it is annoying to get it off. Overall, though the effect itself is decent and fun
to both watch and perform, it is something worth maybe $15-20 at best.

When I first got this trick, after I watched the video, I could not believe the way it was done.. so
simple, but so clever! But when I tried it the first time, I was so disapointed, and so mad at my
self.. But I noticed Eric said you have to experiment, and try it several different times, untill
you find the right spot for you. So I kept trying it, and within 2 days ( trying it 3 times per
day), I did it right. Once I got it the first time, I was good to go! Once you find your hotspot,
you will be set to perform this for the rest of your life! A.Maze.Ing Trick, ADD THIS TO YOUR CART
NOW! Lol

Well you should buy a gimmick... That is the only thing I didn't like about. However other than
that, I really loved the Idea and pretty easy to do. Your skin type does matter however MR Ross and
Smith explained well how to do this trick right.
Just amazing...

It is really a great method! [edited to protect secret] Other than that its an amazing effect. Ive
got some great reactions from it because it works great for me. It is worth the money defiantly!

The trick rizer is a very good trick, taught very well, and is very easy. When they say there is
nothing to palm or steal, technically that is not true, although the thing you have to palm is
virtually invisible to the naked eye, and even to someone wearing sunglasses. After you watch the
video you will see what I mean. the key chain that holds the gimmick is virtually unusable to hold
the gimmick, although it is great to hold keys. I highly recommend it.

This trick really has to do with your type of skin type. If your skin type is really stuck onto you
and barely stretches than this is definitely a waste of money. So this was kind of a half waste of
money to me. The preparation is a hassle for me too.

This is a pretty clever trick that takes a really old principle and uses it in a new, unique way.
Its one of those perfect tricks that you can show to anyone but it can't be repeated without a
little set up. And since you are drawing on your skin for real... it is a pain the you know what to
clean off. If you had your own tv special this would be ideal.

This trick hits spectators hard! It catches them by surprise and leaves thinking about it for days.
The setup is a little lengthy but not impossible. And by lengthy I mean all of about 5 minutes. I've
literally set it up in the stall of a men's room in a bar. The comments stating that it isn't right
for certain skin types are bunk. Like anything else, it just takes practice and patience. A little
experimenting and you'll be right on your way. In the dvd, they also address the issues concerning
sharpie clean up. The concept is super simple so focus on your presentation. You really have to slow
this effect down to get those excited reactions. I would have given this 5 stars if the lighting
would have been better during the instructional part of the dvd, and if they had included more
performances.

This is by far one of the best tricks if not the best I have bought in a long time. Five stars no
doubt. I was a little in doubt before buying it but, all I can say is that I performed it for a
friend who I show a lot of my tricks and he was speechless. He said, "I have ideas how you do some
of your other tricks but I have no idea with this one..."
