This DVD set is an absolute must if you're a beginner.
This isn't just a video for beginners however, it is also good for people with some knowledge but still have trouble with how to do it. Trilby assumes no prior knowledge of hypnosis which is great. The teaching is broken down very nicely and is really easy to follow. You could watch it and then perform it the same day. "COULD."

The full routines by the Head Hacking Crew is also nice.
Gives a start to a routine that you could use and build upon.

The price should not be considered expensive because this is essentially a dvd version of the live Trilby training course. Also 1/6th the price. Honestly this is a steal.
You could watch it over and over and still learn something new.

Best part of all this is that if something still doesnt make sense, you could email Anthony Jacquin your question and he will answer it. It's great.

I recently purchased The Trilby Connection. I had inquired Penguin Magic about Reality is Plastic, but they did not have it and suggested some of Anthony Jaquins DVD's. I have been a certified hypnotist for over five years and wanted to learn many of the techniques I saw on the trailer for this Box Set. It is excellent. I have seen many of the DVD's that people have made on Hypnosis, as well as some of the crap sold on various websites. Almost all of them were awful. This is the first one that I thought would actually get me to the next level, and it is.
I have been so impressed with this DVD, that I am going to attend Anthony's Hypnosis Seminar in NYC at the end of April. This is one of the best hypnosis instructional DVD's I've ever seen. Buy with confidence and enjoy it.

I took many different courses about hypnosis. The trilby connection DVD is great for those who want to learn what hypnosis is and what is not, I would advised that you study many different hypnosis methods and “schools” and styles, so that when you get the trilby connection DVD you would have a much more easier hypnosis comprehension.

I own both the trilby connection and the Manchurian approach DVDs. Both are fantastic products with amazing pruduction value. I would say that the Manchurian Approach is slightly better looking and slightly better edited but both dvd sets have THROUGH THE ROOF production quality as compared to other instructional dvd. For content I would say that the trilby connection and the Manchurian Approach are well taught and address every question and angle. If you get this you will be able to hypnotize people. But please realize that you will have to be brave enough to go up to them and TRY. This is worth the money if you don't buy it and refuse to try it out of fear for failing. BUT YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!!

I was a bit skeptical after watching the first dvd. I performed at a party and tried to use it with another trick so that if it did not work the result would still be satisfactory. I tried it once and it did not work, but the second time it worked like a charm. Following the steps taught on the dvd is really a learning experience.

It's amazing. Get it now, start practicing, and you'll be hypnotizing people before you know it. I've used this in conjunction with a course by Richard Nongard and John Cerbone, and between the two courses, I am performing at a very high level in just under 6 months.

This is an awesome dvd, though it is in pal format i was able to watch it on my laptop after downloading a codec for it. As for the content, I bought Reality is Plastic, also by Anthony before this and the book was great, however seeing Anthony teach the girl on the dvd really helps to grasp the ideas, second only to going to learn from him in person. I believe that this dvd is far superior the Zap dvd which a friend of mine showed me because it gives you more methods, routines, and ideas. You only need one thing and that is the guts to go out and try it. You will not get it every time at first, but you just need the guts to become "The Hypnotist". Highly recommended.

Very good indeed... I can't help but compare this to Mind Eraser. Having bought both, I now realise this is what you should start with, and is a VASTLY SUPERIOR (sorry Jay). This tells you everything you need to achieve the Mind Eraser effect, plus countless other things.

Its detailed, clear, and comprehensive. No regrets at all having bought this. I'm certain that if one has the balls to try this stuff, as explained in the dvds, you will get results. Now I just need to get some ball and try it.

This is excellent, the teaching is so awesome!! whats cool is that they have someone come in that wants to learn hypnosis but has never done it, and she performs hypnosis. Its really cool, and great insight on how everything is done. There is so much material here, if your just starting out, look no further, this is the place to learn.

BUT****** be careful, cuz the dvds are actually in pal form, and someone told me they work on newer dvd places, but i own an 2011 blue ray player and it still didnt work on mine, so if you don't own an pal player make sure you have software on your computer or laptop that'll play it!! and thats the only reason this dvd got 4 stars instead of 5!!

..... i already own reality is plastic and the The Manchurian Approach so there was a lot of overlap but no worry still great and a less then formal style with the trilby all in all great teaching style ......... the reason only four stars to much overlap for me ....start with this then move on with other products ........ oh also look into mind eraser hypnosis with out trance ..... don't think just buy this and mind eraser
