Description does not mention that TheIceBreaker.com is on the back of every card. Go there to see
the back, which is ugly. Also, description doesn't mention that to learn the secrets of the cards
you are expected to pay another .95 for the e-book at the website. The cards themselves are thick
(2009 Erlanger). Rich has some great stuff out there. Unfortunately, this deck is not .

The only thing a true magician might need to know when buying this:
1. The Ice Breaker
website is on the cards.
2. The One-Way idea is very cleverly hidden. Hint, hair! 4 slashes on
one end, 5 on the other! ;)
3. The 30 something page download on his site has fun tricks but are
geared toward people that do not know magic. I say any magician does not need that extra help or
ideas. I have a feeling that was intended for clients and fans at shows, etc.
The cards
are cool though otherwise!

a)Cards are USPC Cos standard quality w/ air-cushioned finish and 3 layer as with a box of bicycles.
b) does have TheIceBreaker.com on the backs- both sides along with his face, so these are like
promo cards more than for magician's to really use in acts. Collectable, maybe?
c)Ace in the
middle of the back design along with the gaff with 3C in place, sparks the imagination for a pretty
good trick. The same gaff back unfortunately has a gaffed reveal front on the same card (but I guess
you can only get so many extras with your own deck). Gaff card is a gaff of the joker with a reveal
on front and back. (He's the joker)
d) One-way design is NOT explained unless you go to the site
and purchase the e-book for another $5- which I found a bit "scammy". THANKS to the other reviewer
for explaining or you would be glaring at the cards so long you'll go cross-eyed trying to find it-
if you do. (check the white area of the hair!)
E) Box has two reveals (one on barcode and
on one tab)
That being said, faces are all standard USPC bicycle faces.
These are very nice cards but they do have Rich's face on them... which is very stylized. There are
some common hidden things on the case that you should know very well what to do with if you've ever
owned the common decks out there. There is an extra Joker with different reveals. I can make up some
fun stuff with that as well. I' not sure I'd use these in ongoing performance, but these are really
fun to add to my collection for sure!
