On the edge of reason. On the edge of logic. There is Vertigo.

Vertigo is a mind-bending, logic-warping demonstration of skill. You remove the cards from the box. You show the box empty. Delicately, you set the box on the edge of the deck.

Slowly, you release your fingers. The box remains suspended.

That’s not the end. It’s only the beginning. You set the cards - all 52 of ‘em - on the edge of the empty box. Once again, you remove your hand. This time, the ENTIRE deck remains suspended.

It looks impossible, but it’s easy-to-do once you’ve mastered the secret.

I like it but ,don't like that I can't hand out some of the effect for examination, don't get me wrong , I love his effect, I just love it when someone says can I see that? And sure here . Thats the kinda guy I am , but you have to be in the right setting to pull this off and get away without suspicion or heat on anything but that's just me , but great trick buy it you'll have fun practicing he moves enjoy .

this is a great trick to do. very visual and stunning. there are two separate parts to the trick. both of witch are great.

the fist phase is were you balance the box on the cards. it looks great from all angles. then you can pull half of the pack up, so it is higher, and more stunning.

then the second phase, is were you then balance the deck on the card box. it is very impressive and gives very good reactions.

this is a great way to get into a card performance. 5/5

Really good box and deck levitation. Looks amazing but as I've progressed my magic skills over the years I've tended to shy away from effects that don't end clean and this is one of them. Looks great, gets good reactions but after the initial amazement of the spectator wears off, prepare to deal with major heat on the box and deck

Have been doing card magic etc. for many years! but this packs big, great effect/stunt to add to your routines. The gimmick is very solid and will last a lifetime! you can do this after 5 min after opening the box, great value! Just like i expected from Rick Lax!

No need for a long review. Rick Lax delivers again, and nobody is surprised. There are many card box effects out there today. Most are effective, a few are a waste of money. Rick lax's Vertigo is visually powerful and with a little imagination it can fit into almost any routine senario.

i won't say too much but the reason i gave it 4/5 stars is due to the heavy told the effect has on the box. easily fixed, but annoying.

RICK LAX IS AMOUNG A FEW MAGIC INVENTERS AND PREFORMERS. THE DVD IS REALLY A 10. RICK ALWAYS GOES AT A PACE EVERYONE CAN UNDERSTAND. HE HAS EXTRA TIPS AND ALL. THE GIMMIC YOU GET IS PART OF THE WHOLE GIMMICK. BUT THE REST IS A PIECE OF CAKE. I DON'T MIND THAT I HAVE TO COMPLETE THE GIMMICK. THE TRICK IT SELF IS A VERY GOOD ILLISON. I THINK IF YOU'VE DONE A LITTLE MAGIC YOU CAN DO THIS NO PROBLEMS. GET IT NOW WORTH EVERY PENNY.

This is a great effect, but the only really annoying part was the gimmick...................its just supplies you can get from a store.

I love this trick, the making of the gimmick is very easy and the routing is great and top of the line HD quality is excellent but I only have a problem with the fact that you can't hand out the card box for examination, people think the best magic is when its in their very own hand and when it can be thoroughly examined, but other than that, I believe that Vertigo is a excellent trick and I would think of it as a beginner trick and one for the ages.
