For everyone who has posted a negative review about LM2 saying that "Morgan has stepped down a few
notches" or "Not nearly as good as LM1". You failed to view the advertisement and fail to use common
sense. If you all say that Liquid Metal 1 is great then what really make Liquid Metal 2 so bad?
Morgan says in the advertisement that in this dvd he will "teach you liquid metal1 in its entirety".
So what that means is this is a evolution to LM1? Yes! You only give it a bad review cuss you feel
that you wasted money buying the second one that teaches most of what you already know. But it
teaches you beyond what you would find on LM1. Theory, technique, More bends, new breaks. What forks
to use. How to build hand strength. If anyone wants to approach metal bending for their performance
this is the dvd to get! You will find knowledge on here that you can not get anywhere else... Not
even on LM1. Stop thinking like a product performer and start thinking like an individual magician.
Oh and I have seen that "laughable shadow break" kill spectators every time it is
performed...

Honest reviews are sometimes tough to post. This was a highly anticipated release for me. I use my
version of LM1 all the time, it is a wonderful routine. This is in no way an improvement on the
original, in fact it is almost a step backward. The "new' material introduced is borderline
laughable. A "shadow bend" ... really? If you don't have LM1 this is a good purchase for you
because half the DVD is re-teaching the first routine. If you already have LM1 then don't bother
buying it again. The production quality is lowered a bit. Morgan, I have to admit, you have gone
down a few notches in my book for just trying to make a quick buck on the success of your previous
work. I will not be using anything I "learned' from this DVD.

First off, I LOVE Liquid Metal 1. I use it in almost every venue I perform. It is a true work of
magical art in the field of PK magic. LM2, however, falls horribly flat. The entire LM1 is retaught
on this DVD and takes up most of the running time. The new ideas introduced in LM2 are much weaker
than the original bends, require much more setup and prop management, and in my opinion, discredit
your "mindbending powers" in the new last phase. I wouldnt even attempt the last phase to a
layperson due to the method being to obvious to an average lay person.
In short, I feel
Liquid Metal 2 offer nothing to earn the "2" in the title. It seems to be a quick cash grab attempt
off of the fantastic name of the original. If you own the original liquid metal, love it dearly. If
you own LM1 and are thinking of purchasing LM2, just spend the money you would have spent on LM2 on
more forks for the original.

I can't add much to what others have already said - LM1 was genius and perfection... the 2nd
iteration is more of a dash for extra cash by the creator. Buy LM1 and save yourself a few $.

For me, LM1 is one of the best DVDs ever, if not the best. I use it all the time . . . So much that
I buy forks in bulk. A modified version is my signature piece. It really plays with people's minds.
LM2 is not the worst, but it is outstandingly bad. Probably one problem is after LM1 we
had way too high expectations. This one was.hyped and it missed the mark by a mile. Because of this
I feel betrayed by Penguin and Morgan. Will I still buy from Penguin? Absolutely, but I'm not
believing their hype alone, and not buying in advance.

I bought this Liquid Metal 2 with high hopes and expectations at ***********.com but was greatly
Dissapointed! If I would have know that the whole Liquid Metal 1 was going to take up most of the
DVD I would have saved my money! Sorry Morgan was a fan but not anymore I bet this was just to add
extra cash to your wallet! The shadow bend etc... is too obvious I refuse to even try it in public I
will stick to Liquid Metal 1. Theres way to much set up its just not worth it! If I can give it 0
Stars I would. On the other hand I do recommend Liquid Metal 1.

It is a pure effect of kinetic magic! Very crever piece of illusion.

Let me start off by saying that for years, I have always closed my shows out with Liquid Metal 1.
People have asked me years later to do "that fork trick again!"
I was very excited when I
found out that Liquid Metal 2 was coming out and then very disappointed after viewing the content.
For starters, why didn't Penguin Magic produce this video? Ellusionist did a very quick and cheap
production of this DVD.
One thing I love about LM1 is that you have a really cool souvenir
to give to the spectator in the end, which they will treasure and keep for along time. In LM2, the
only souvenir they get to keep are some broken pieces of metal.
Another thing I love about
LM1 is that people alway accuse me of "switching out the fork" at some point during the illusion. I
take that as a complement, because they couldn't be further from the truth. In LM2, you have to
stoop to the level that the spectators already assume.
I will continue to perform LM1 in my
shows, but honestly, I can't see incorporating any of the ideas in LM2...

It said in the advertisement it'll teach liquid metal in its entirety with all the new subtleties
and stuff so its bonus ideas on liquid metal 1 and its perfect if you have a shadow routine wich by
fari have 3 killer shadow ttricks and i might add something like this to the routine although im not
a fan of silverware breaks i do use them alot and i found the destruction face interesting but the
best thing i liked was the tine twist wich is an additional bend to LM1 and if u dont like the
shadow or destruction than you can still use the fork switch or the tine twist wich the tine twist
can improve ur LM1 and p.s if you buy David penns bionick it can add an extra bend in the end of the
handel wich with these two things your LM1routine is improved greatly becausethe point of lliquid
metal was to give the spectator a killer souvenir and if you put in those two impossible bends in it
it adds power to the effect and i probably shouldn't have told y'all about how to improve your
liquid metal routine but what the hell and i think you should buy this DVD even though liquid metal
1 teaches the tine twist it doesn't teach you how to use it in preformance so just trust me buy
bionick and LM2 and the power of the effect will be increased so if you like Lm1 and are thinking of
buying LM2 just go aheadand add to cart along with bionick and i personally think morgans product
desserves at least 4 stars and i would buy it again if i had to hope this helps
