Greg is being modest. He says this isn't a miracle. Well, I'd like to disagree. Or to compromise, I'd settle for calling it a mini-miracle.

1. Grab a stir-stick, and a coffee sleeve
2. Put the stir-stick in the coffee sleeve and have your friend hold both ends.
3. SNAP!! You rip the coffee sleeve straight through the stir-stick, and EVERYTHING is examinable.

I watched Gregory perform it over and over. He does an amazing job of performing any Starbucks tricks. I have now purchased two of them and I have not been dissatisfied with either one. I have performed both at restaurants as well as at the coffee shops and everyone that watches it is amazed! I highly recommend these well thought out tricks to anyone who likes quick closeup magic. Thanks to Gregory Wilson for sharing them. Simple to learn and not too pricey.

Greg Wilson considers this a simple little effect, almost a throwaway. Nothing could be further from the truth! You can do this stunning visual penetration on a moment's notice with a regular coffee sleeve and drink stir, then hand out everything for examination with no gaffes, no palming, nothing. If that's not the definition of a perfect effect, I don't know what is. Every magician should have this effect in their arsenal. Thanks, Greg!

Angles are limited, and not going to impress too many people. Nice warm up, maybe, but i dislike any trick that involves hounding the spectator into, "I want you to do this, I want you to do that".

I think i bought his coffee house dvd but thjs was on the dvd. I can say greg is the best magician of our era, the man works it all out. This is a great effect, every trick on his dvd was great but this quickie was fun and easy to learn.

Once you learn the method to this, you'll be impressed by mr Wilson's method. It's impromptu, super easy and will get nice reactions if you perform it right. And the price isn't even expensive! However, the gimmick may have problems sometimes (if you've been using the same sleeve for too long) but you shouldn't worry because you can get new sleeves to perform this awesome effect. And it never fails to blow peoples minds.

I don't regularly do magic, as I am a mentalist, but this effect is just beautiful. All of Greg's coffee house magic is worth learning if you spend any amount of time at the coffee shop.

A coffee shop is a great place to perform magic, simply due to the relaxing surroundings. (Of course, it's not easy to do at a packed Starbucks with no elbow room.)

I think Greg's coffee shop magic is perfect for everyone from beginners on up. Super clever, and super fun.
