Not only is this one of the most visual torn and restored effects on the market today The effect is easy to do. The directions are easy to follow and the reactions to this effect are mind blowing. Brent has done his homework and taken away all the unnecessary moves and when this effect is done well it works like a well oiled machine. A must have for serious card workers definitely a reputation maker.

I love doing this effect as much as I like showing this effect. I am not a card guy and this was so easy to learn.
There is a tiny bit of work to get the card set up and you need to remake the gimmick each time. I sat at my desk for 15 minutes and made 2 decks up. I am now set for 104 performances, except. Just for fun, I did it 3 times today.

I'm so pleased I purchased this. For $15 (or £9.50 to me) I feel I've been given a complete bargain!

Whilst I am yet to practice this to the second-nature standard where I am willing to add this to my routine, I had the moves down within around 15 minutes. The book is well written, well illustrated and simply was a sheer joy.

Every move seems justified, the clean-up is completely taken care of. The final SNAP restore is a joy and simple to perform.

The reset is simply adding one extra card to your pack, which is prepared ahead of time. (with practice I'd say would take only around 20 seconds of time.)

Thank you so much for this effect, and for a great book. I have very bad memories of trying to read, look at pictures and twist my fingers into all sorts of vague sleight-of-hand-ish grips when it comes to books..But this went against all that, it was very simple to learn and I cannot wait to add this to my routines.

If you are a Magician who is not in a position to use fire (Children's entertainer, probably restaurants etc) a nice gag is also included in it's place, but both are optional.

There is also a nice read on the thinking behind it all, on why you may do X or not do Y depending on who you're performing for, and the psychological reasons why. (all to make the effect stronger)

Overall, 5 stars, this really exceeded my expectations.

Im a fan of fire effects, .. but also good magic and I try his torn and its great not to hard to do u make your own gaf easy to do , he will teach you in his book, I saw him performed alive and very impressive, u will love this one card effect , fire and restoration all in one, close up is best, I use it all the time at my restaurants.. thank you Brent..
