YOU CLEARLY DISPLAY BOTH SIDES OF THE CARD CASE...as you casually reach inside to grab your deck.

But you've stored a few extra things inside the case that you forgot about.

You pull out a box of TIC TACS, a LIGHTER, CANDY, DICE an ADDRESS BOOK AND MORE...MORE THAN ENOUGH SOLID REAL STUFF TO FILL THE ENTIRE CARD CASE.

But then you drop the case onto your spectator's hand and she can feel there's EVEN MORE inside the box. What could still be wedged inside after that big pile of goodies you just pulled out?

She looks inside the card case and FREAKS OUT when she discovers it's COMPLETELY FILLED with the ENTIRE DECK!

This is not a shell deck or fake deck..but a real-deal EXAMINABLE FULL DECK of normal cards...which your spectator pulls out of the normal EXAMINABLE CARD CASE!

Your audience can try, but will find it impossible to WEDGE even just ONE of the other items into the card box when the deck's inside!!

Use your own objects to customize your Wedge performance

Produce just about any small objects you can stuff into a card box!

Perform standing or sitting

No palming

Nothing to ditch

Deck and Box are ungimmicked and fully examinable

Actually angle proof: here's why Report this review

So some people seem to be concerned about the angles on this thing. Yes, with the way the DVD shows the performance, you need to be careful of the angle. HOWEVER, there is a different way to do this trick.
Think about it: What is the "magic" here? Is the magic that you are pulling items out of a card box? No. The magic happens when you later pull the DECK OF CARDS out (i.e., how can a deck of cards fit in there with all those items?). Therefore, you do NOT have to keep moving the deck back and forth between each item you pull out an item. If you really feel the need to show the back of the deck you can do so as the last large item is pulled (before you take out the notebook). Just keep the deck facing naturally outward to audience with your hand around the deck as you pull out the objects, and then show them whatever you want once everything is gone--it's completely examinable and they will be amazed.

The concept and thinking of it is very nice, however there is a HUGE angle problem with this.
Good trick for youtube videos but not to use in real world close up situations.

Wedge Report this review

This slightly overpriced prop and dvd is interesting. It should encourage the user to come up with a good presentation that introduces the deck AND, at the same time, plays to at least fifty people. As you can guess,it is not easily resettable for strolling magicians. But, we can live with that IMHO if the effect is made to play to many people and establish the magician's character, especially if it is a perverse one. Not only the props extracted, but the script must be put together with love and care. If the performer can do this, the effect is a bargain. I already knew my presentation before the purchase. Now, if I can just get those special props for the contents...

Good but you'll need certain cards Report this review

Great effect with a very nice clean-up on it. While I love this trick, I hate the fact that they don't mention you'll need a red Mandolin back deck to use with it. While you could possibly use a Rider back or Maiden back instead, you can't use this with any other deck to have it work unless you modify it on your own. So when you buy this, go ahead and include one in your cart.

This is a good effect, the gimmick is what i expected it to be but it is a lot more complicated /clever than you think
a lot of time and effort went into making this,it's made from indestructible and vinyl paper,so it should last quite a while .
It's actually basically angle proof, which shocked me
i like it

This trick is what i expected it to be. It is fun to perform and you can use the objects later on in your act. It is a little angle sensitive but if you practice right then you will have no problems. If you have pockets with some extra room for all the objects that get pulled out then you can do this as a street performance too. I will be using this trick alot.
