I had the privilege of seeing the effect in action a few months ago. This effect is ultra clean ,
there are no gimmicks just the paperclip.
One of those tricks where you think Damn i wish id
have thought of that.
The bend can be done hands off,in the spectators hands, even in a glass
or inside a resealable bag (ziplock) it really is limited to the imagination.
Nobody will be
disappointed with this.

Chris Hanowell cracked the code with Bently! Carrying a paperclip looks so natural ( a.k.a. organic
). Not only can Bently be used in replace of spoon pending in restaurants, it can also enhance it
for a longer routine.
You will perform Bently EVERYWHERE and for EVERYONE you can. Why?
because it looks like real magic!
A++++

When I first heard about this, I said "impossible". Then I saw the videos others have posted on
youtube performing Bently. I was stumped. So I made an upgrade in my shipping to "Overnight" and I
am now a proud owner of it. It was WORTH it. I'll have to admit I laughed out loud when I saw what
the secret is. Sheer brilliance and makes you say "Why didn't I think of that?" You will certainly
enjoy performing this. I know I will. As I'm writing this review I'm watching one of my paper clips
bending on the table. It is that CLEAN! I would have kept this effect to myself. This is way better
than the other expensive paper clip gimmicks out there! This is going straight into my act and I
will always carry one from now on!

I love effects that are visual and use simple, real-world objects. Bently meets these requirements,
and then some. It's important to know that although the paper clip is real (and you can buy them at
Wal-Mart, Target and elsewhere), the clip has been altered, which takes about 30 seconds. Also, in
it's new state, the clip can easily break after a few performances, so it's best to have several
made up. Also, in order to hand out the clip, it must be switched. This is certainly not an issue
for me, but it may be for some. The trick is angle proof (except the switch), and it really does
look as good as the video. If you like the effect, go for it - at this price you won't find a visual
paper clip bend that's better.

by far my worst purchase ever from Penguinmagic. This works like 1 out of 6 times. It is not very
reliable. I would caution anyone from buying this thinking that you are getting a close-up miracle.
The close-up miracle happes if you can get the trick to work.

Well, this is my second review. In my first review, I gave it 4 stars, because I cannot find a way
to bend it into 180 degree. But now, I find a way to bend it to 180. The secret is the brand of
paperclip. I just went to FedEx office today, and bought a box of paperclips, and these paperclips
works very well and even better than the original paperclips that penguin magic supplied us.This is
not an Ad, it is just my opinion. I also want penguin magic can see my opinion and give everybody a
perfect answer.
Thanks

I had the privilege of meeting Chris at the Carolina Close-up Convetion. I watched him perform this
several times. This trick is amazing. I have been waiting for the release. Thank you Chris.

No matter how hard I tried. It just wont work like the trailor. Even on the demo video I noticed
they cut the camera during the tutorial. I've bought a lot of magic, but this is one of the worst.

Bently is truly an eye opening "oh my gawd" trick however it should be noted that the warmer the
environment the better. I am in Kansas (go ahead ask me why) while the temps are in the 20's and
30's outside here, try as you might you are lucky if you end up with a bend of any kind. Inside with
the temps in the 60's-70's you can get a 40-60 degree bend. If you stand under a heater vent or
close to a heater - POW! 90 degrees to full open. The video does mention using a lighter to help
finish the bend but does not state that a slight bend is caused by a lower environmental temp.

Not worth the 20.00 dollars.
