This is the most magical way I have seen to give out business cards. It is not difficult to do, and
the gimmick is not hard to make. The video is exactly how the audience sees it, no cuts to protect a
"secret" move.
While I give this 5 stars, it does have some small issues.
1) It is
angle-friendly, but it is expected to have the audience in front of you, not looking over your
shoulder.
2) It works best with cards that are blank on one side, so mentalists should be
happy.
3) I just bought 10,000 cards with rounded edges, and while you can make it work
using the same reasoning, it is not as easy.
This is a winner, and Marcus has a pleasing
personality and explains the creation and handling completely.

Marcus Eddie is a clever and very likeable young man and a very good teacher. The effect is as you
see it in the promo. The gimmick requires some setup requiring stuff you probably have around the
house, or should. If not, it is cheap and readily available. After the 10 minute setup, the
gimmick should be good for dozens and dozens of performances before you need to make another. I
would probably make up two or three gimmicks at a time, just because you have all the stuff you need
in one place and because it will train you well in the technique and you would always have spares
ready to go in case of an accident. This is extremely visual and I found myself smiling (laughing
out loud, once!) while watching the demo after I already knew how it is done. Also, I think I would
want to keep this in a small business card wallet and/or in my shirt pocket so that it is protected
- most of us use a business card wallet anyway. Keeping business cards in the front pocket of a
pair of jeans, in particular, could lead to warping or bending the cards (let alone the gimmick) and
it is uncool to handout bent or damaged cards... This is worth the full price of $9.95 also! A+++
Marcus! Many thanks!

I realy like the stuff from Marcus and today I saw it and just buy it !
Marcus created and teach
it very well. Just by watching the download I know I will do it.
I will say that you have to
spend some time to do it but not much more than 20 minutes. The video is over 30min.
After
Loaded another realy cool download from Marcus. If you haven’t seen Loaded just go for it now!
thx Marcus

Very very nice. This is a practical effect for real performing. It's a worker !
It Takes a
little time to make the gimmick so you make sure it is made correctly but nothing hard at all. Worth
the time and is a steal at this price. Explanations are step by step and every detail made clear
both in how to make the gimmick as well as performance and basic routine patter to get started.
Wonder if these principles could also be applied to a card transposition with some
experimentation? Down load now you won't be sorry.

this trick is quite amazing! it took a bit long to make, and it was a little difficult, but it was
pretty fun. it works great and the effect is a genius idea. Though I was quite frustrated when I
realized I had double sided cards. it would have helped if he mentioned that you required one sided
cards. that's okay though, I fix this problem by outlining the cards and then cutting out the piece
of paper I outlined and sticking them to the backs of 5 cards. now you may be thinking that I have
defeated the purpose of my double back cards. But I fix this problem too. I figured out a way to
change the backs of the cards into my print I have made. So, I start off with printing the front,
then I print the back, adding a second part of the trick. You can email me if you want to learn The
second part I made and the solution to double backed cards. my email is Noahguitar99@gmail.com.

This effect does require a lot of practice. The set up for this is extremely easy and only takes
seconds once the gimmick is made. When performing this effect the angles can be a little touch but
hopefully you don't hand out business cards to 30 people at a time anyway. I would say this requires
6 out of 10 on the sleight of hand skill level. very visual and worth the practice.I recommend this
product if you are willing to put in the time.

I can't deny that this trick has incredible visual impact and the gimmick was relatively easy to
make (took 4 attempts to make it perfect) but the information leading up to my purchase was
misleading. My business card is black that bleeds off the edge so performance angles have to 'exact'
or you must be a bit of a distance from the spectators (which you cannot always have). After making
the gimmick I quickly realized at that this point and then again with practicing, a coloured full
bleed card will not work. Also, if the back of the business card is not perfectly white or not a
matte stock, it presents a major defect in the trick. If I would have been made aware of these 2
very important points, I would not have purchased it. This is the first time that I have felt let
down by Penguin … sorry.

The video is detailed. Eddie teaches the construction. But like many of these downloads, they
skimp on the fine points that would really make these downloads a great value.
The effect
is as you see but best for one on one angles or controlled situations. It is my opinion Eddie has
over complicated the gimmick which adds something not needed and takes longer to make. It works but
is it really needed?
There is a move that looks great on video but in real life, you could not
do as open in many situations. The change is nice but I worked on this a while and would have liked
more instruction as I have a noise and some issues following the instructions.
The major thing
you need to be aware of is that this will be harder to do with some business cards than others. I
have a FB color card and it makes it harder, if not worth doing with my cards. I would have to make
my cards like his.
This is something that bugs me about the download. This is never addressed.
You can also pick up a nice addition in the demo that he never discusses. It would have taken 30
seconds to describe both and yet Penguin downloads fall short again after the main gimmick or
technique is taught.
I would like to see one less live demo in favor of more of the true work.
There is critical angles to be concerned about. Not only during the change but in the spread
set up. If you were in a store and someone wanted a card, and you started to get a crowd, you
would have a hard time if impossible to do it with people on the sides or around you.
As it
stands, if you had $5 laying around it is worth seeing what he came up with, but at $10 I would say
most will not use it. but if you have a video you want to do this for it will not break the bank.

This is definitely a well thought out trick by Marcus Eddie. Simple materials are used to create the
gimmick, but the first one you make will take some time and patience to get the best effect. The
video you are given is mainly focused on the creation of the gimmick, as the performance is really
easy, taking no more the a few tries in front of the mirror. As far as angles, in the beginning of
the performance, your audience needs to be in front, but the quick glance of the front and back with
one hand and than the transformation is pretty much angle proof.
Bottom line: More the
worth the price, visually impressive, perfect way to promote anything (even if your not a magician).
Do not pass this one up.

The ingenuity behind Marcus' creations never cease to amaze me! How he manages to come up with the
designs for his gimmicks truly baffles me! And, yes... As others have already said, Marcus is a true
gentleman and a very likable, pleasant fella. Realistically, the gimmick for Promo will probably
take a good hour or so to construct, but it will be well worth the effort. It is simple to
construct, just a bit tedious is all. The effect itself is exactly as you see on the promo video and
the handling is very easy. It looks like real magic! Great work, Marcus! You have another winner
here!
