Greg's "Illegal Tender" is a fun and magical way to blow people away! I usually just carry it on me
with my TT loaded and ready to go in my pocket. Walk up to the register to pay for something...ask
if they accept blank currency. Before they can call the manager over...start to magically print the
$20 right before their eyes. Once your done...hand the fully printed bill over to pay for your
items! I do this at least once a day when paying for something. The look on the clerks faces is
worth the price of this effect alone!

Excellent trick!
The gimmick is so good. I just want to ask, where can I get that kind of paper.
It will a great idea to print the gimmick for cinch trick in that type of paper.
Penguin Magic,
do you know where can I get that kind of paper used in this gimmick?
Thanks in advance.

This has snuck under the radar for a lot if people, and Im really glad it did! Now I can keep this
all to myself. The download has multiple live performances and teaches the method excellently. You
need one extra thing that isn't supplied but this is something that every magician will already own.
What I really love about this routine is how commercial it is. It is a multiple bill change where
you literally do NOTHING for the majority of the changes. It really is as simple as swiping folding
a piece of paper. Overall this is an awesome routine that I really urge you not to buy. Let me keep
this to myself!

I've always loved the Bill Switch plot. Its Perfect for walk around because generally a bill is
borrowed, and switched for a larger bill, Which is every magicians most requested effect " can you
change my $1 to a $20?". This is all good and well but has always seemed funny to me as in reality i
find it hard to believe that the spectator ACTUALLY believes that the bill has changed, and instead
just feels the magician with his skill must have switched the bill when they weren't looking… and
for that reason, I've been using the effect " Four Quarters" for the past year or so( since its
release) it changes the view from a bill switch, using a mismade bill. I feel spectators find this
to be more believable because the bill still is what they handed the magician, just all jumbled
around.
Illegal Tender has now made its way into my working routine(: The
Motivation for the effect is perfect. you show a blank piece of paper and print on it, Slowly and
Visually. it couldn't get any better. I feel this Triumphs over past bill Switches because of the
Visual Aspect added to the effect. Not only is it extremely visual, But what impressed me the most
was how the Bill Provided actually sounds like a Bill when pulled taught. A perfect Subtle
convincer. i recommend this to anyone looking to learn a new visual piece of money magic!!!

This is an excellent effect that is as easy as a bill switch and VERY visual! I've gotten great
reactions with this. The Tyvek paper it's made of is tough and will resist water and much folding;
but with every fold and unfold of the natural process of doing this trick, the integrity of the
paper is slightly diminished. Don't get me wrong, it's tough. It will last you many weeks, if not
multiple months, of use. Will it last years? Not likely if you do this multiple times, daily;
despite the tough nature of the paper.
This is visual. It makes more sense than a bill
switch/change. It gets great reactions and you can hand out the twenty at the end for spending, if
you'd like. For $20, though, (the current price of the item at the time of the writing of this
review), I think they should provide two. I bought my first ones at a Gregory Wilson lecture and
paid less than half that for two of them. I bought one from Penguin as a backup. This is a quality
made gimmick and a fantastic illusion that is easily executed. It's just slightly overpriced, (in
my opinion); but that may be due to the printing and paper cost involved in making it.

I would love to give this 5 stars because I always like the way Gregory Wilson teaches a trick. Also
the trick itself is brilliant.
The only reason I knocked off a star is because it will only
work with paper bills and bills without windows. This means it can't be used with the polymer bills
from some countries.
Great money trick.comes ready to go...the gimmick is well made in tybek material that will hold a
lot of abuse.the video as usually with all of mr wilson effects are great
Gregory always finds a new, logical spin on effects! The classic effect of changing a $1 to $100
will always be a great effect...BUT, I've always questioned the motivation and logic of "folding"
the bill to make the change.
Enters Gregory Wilson which answers all these!
"Why are you
folding it?" Because each fold makes the bill become more and more visible until it turns into a
REAL $20.
"Why am I changing this?" Because I want show you how counterfeiters use to print $20s
on bleached $1s!
The premise is instantly tantalizing to the imagination of just like EVERYONE
on the Planet! We've all fantasized how could it be done...It is the perfect HOOK!
Gimmick is
awesome. Printed on Tyvek paper that is tougher than real Money. So you are not going to wear it
out for a LONG time!
Very Highly Recommended and I keep it in my Wallet!e
Awesome!
Better than a bill switch, here it's just a white paper becoming darker in spectators
mind
Great as everything i know from Greg Wilson
