The wallet is extremely well made!
The passports provided are obviously fake. ANYONE who
has seen a real passport will spot the difference close up. A real passport is printed with a thick,
leather-like paper that has a texture and gold embossed. These are printed on light card stock, and
both came smudged. It will work in parlor or stage EXCEPT for the volunteer . . . That volunteer can
blow the whole thing. The one in the video that Gregory uses is not the one provided which tells me
he is aware of this problem.
This is false advertising.
No fake credit cards are
provided, and you need double of each. Thankfully you can use expired ones, or go to Target or
Walmart and by a few PRELOADED ones.
The wallet is extremely well made, but I would be
careful using Gregory's routine until you have a couple real or realistic passports.
If the
passports looked passably real I would give this 5 stars. Since they don't, the routine is useless
until you find something else.
I am VERY disappointed since I did buy it for the routine,
not just to get the nice wallet.

As a real worker I really like this idea, routine and wallet. All are TOP NOTCH! That said, the
other items that are included are not as "durable" as I would have expected. The other important 3
things (actually six) that are not included are a pain in the neck to have to get. I wish they had
included fekes to make this complete. Why not charge a little extra and give us all we need? All
that said, it's worth the money for the wallet and routine. Just know that it'll be a few weeks
before you can actually perform this while you make calls and wait on the things that are NOT
included.

Everything about this looks legit. The wallet itself looks like a real travel wallet. The routine
looks like a real demonstration of pickpocketing. All-around fantastic.
The only downside
is that you have to provide your own money and cards to fill the wallet. But it's SO easy to get
extra credit cards...they come in the mail for free...or you can use hotel room keys or business
cards or whatever...and as for the passports, you can use your own, or you can use the paper
passports that come with the trick.

This is an excellent routine. It is not very strong magic but it is a good middle of the act
routine, and has some enduring value to caution prospective travelers. LL

When I first saw this performed by Greg, I did know that he was using a "special" wallet but it is
used so ingeniously, it has to be given 5 stars. For starters, this is the nicest wallet of its kind
that I've ever seen and handled. I disagree with some of the reviews about getting the right props.
The trick is not about the actual passport or credit cards being realistic but them disappearing
supposedly from the magi pickpocketing them from the spectator's coat. Also, if you steal watches
(i.e. during a sponge ball routine), you could delay giving back the watch until after you perform
pickpocket wallet and then as an afterthought as the spectator is leaving the stage, you give him
his watch. It blows people away when you do this. Again, the wallet is stellar and any other effects
that you do with type of wallet, this will be the one you use. Get it now

OK, First off, I DIY'ed some passport covers onto the passport that came with the wallet to make
them look more realistic. Im from the UK the passport that comes with the trick is US. But even then
it doesn't matter if your using fake passports thats not the point of the effect.
its a
great gateway trick into other pickpocketing effects. You can do pick pocketing without the risk of
getting caught with your hand down someones front pocket rummaging for a wallet. I also love Rick
Lax's take on this effect.
Its a fantastic effect, great instructions , Awesome fooler

It does exactly what it shows you, and very well at it. I would give it 5 stars, but I have found if
you don't put the passport and such in the wallet correctly, it can potentially cause problems in
the routine, at least with the passport I'm using.
Generally anything from either Gregory Wilson
or Alan Wong is usually very reliable, and I highly recommend it.

Why do you constantly complain about the documents. Maybe you still need that there would lay
crditka with a million dollars. Can not you put any other social document and its duplicate. For
example, a medical book. That's what I really would have added to the props are magnets. I put my
magnets in the part that should close firmly from other people's views.
I agree with a lot of what has been said already. Greg Wilson's pickpocket routine is excellent, a
knockout, as you'd expect. (Greg also has a Penguin downloadable pickpocket routine doesn't use a
gimmicked wallet or require that the spectator be wearing a jacket. While requiring a bit more
practice to pull off, you might like it better.) I kind of knew how the trick worked, but I was a
little surprised to see that the wallet, though beautifully crafted by Alan Wong, again as you'd
expect, is a slightly modified version of a classic gimmicked wallet. I was expecting something a
wee bit more sophisticated, but that's OK. The wallet works well.
But I will knock this
down a star for not providing the credit cards that you need. (The faux passport isn't convincing
close up, but it is OK for parlor or stage.) By comparison, the Visa Cabaret wallet comes with
credit cards that won't fool anyone but serve as decent props for the trick. Here, you have to go
out and find/get/buy your own--and then do some arts and crafts--before you can practice the
routine. That's a pain.
Overall, this has the potential to be a real crowd pleaser. If
only it had included everything that you need...
Imagine having a show for around 200 plus people.. you only get five minutes and you are set on
doing this routine.. the problem is.. it has not arrived yet.. (did I tell you I live in China) ...
The SAME day as my dress rehearsal, it arrives.. I have only but a few minutes to get a
quick run through .. not even watching the instructional video.. (IT'S THAT EASY) ... I added some
cash and the fake passport is pretty good from a distance.. I nailed my rehearsal and man talk about
going into my gig the next day feeling GOOOOOD...
It just works.. it's solid.. plays well
to a big crowd and is pretty decently made.
If you are hesitating... stop.. it's worth it.
