This is a great bit to do in any coffee shop. It is less a visual effect than a tactile one. The
spectator actually feels the cold cup and then they feel it after it has turned warm. It will take a
moment to set it up but you can do the setup quickly with bits you will find in most coffee shops
and all Starbucks.
Pros:
-Easy set up
-Set it up in almost any coffee shop
-Great for "off beat" magic that will convince friends and family you can do magic any where at
any time.
Cons:
-Because it is so "situational" it is not something many pros could
add to a working set. However, if you were meeting a potential client at a coffee shop it could
definitely be used there.

This is some awesome situational magic. If you are trying to win over a client, this will deff help.
This would be a perfect trick to do, then go on your normal business. They will talk about this
whenever talking about you to other friends or potential clients. Magic without a magical setting. I
always like to carry around magic tricks i can do whenever where ever. Karate coin is one, because
you do the trick, then you can move on. Same with Espresso.
There is also a bonus included that
is awesome as well. Love the concepts and ideas.

The effect goes beyond being a magic trick. The delivery Chris recommends allows this to play as a
offbeat effect that comes off more along the lines of a miracle. That being said, the set up for
this is a bit of a process. It's not difficult by any means, but it would really be worth waiting
for the right time to perform. Its so straightforward and organic, that its worth waiting pn the
right moment to arise.
Now for the bonus effect. I love this! I immediately went into the
kitchen and performed this a couple of times for myself. It looks so clean! The method for the
effect will get your mind going on several other possibilities as well. This is something I will
definitely be performing!
Chris also gives a couple of great tips on booking gigs and
separating yourself from the competition. While the pdf comes in at only a few pages, no words are
wasted, and no filler is added. The powerful effects speak for themselves.

It's a lot simpler than you think. Will try it tomorrow and post the reactions. It's quite simple
and very feasible! It's VERY situational and contextual though, so not something you can repeat from
"table to table" (why would you though?!)

Well described easy to use trick.
Hmmm, this one is a little troubling. It goes over the usual questions about the spectator's actions
(grabbing the wrong part of the cup) with the statement that "it never happens". I am suspect of the
"never happens" part.
Another problem was when the magician states "if you know them well
enough, let them sip the coffee". The whole premise of this trick was meeting someone for the first
time to get them to hire you. How are you going to know them well enough if you are meeting for the
first time?
Too many "ifs" involved here to feel confident about trying this without trying it
hundreds of times.
this pdf doesn't make any sense to me, I can understand the concept, but the explanation is very
hard to follow and I just don't understand it.
This amazing little impromptu effect is quite good. It's unfortunate that I can't yet test it out in
the real world until the Covid is over. But I will say, I am looking forward to trying it!
I like that 2 tricks were included, but I really can't say I'll use these much (if ever). A few
issues: the espresso really relies on a lot of things being available and timing of other people (so
control seems diminished), a lot of setup needed, and the effects of both just don't seem like big
payoffs to me.
It is a cool trick for people who like having coffee and using gimmicks for the same time. I
wouldn't do it just for fun.
